Nestled in the countryside, it is surrounded by tranquility and the sounds of nature, making it perfect for those seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location allows for the enjoyment of rural peace without sacrificing proximity to the sea: the nearest beach is only 2. 3 km away, while Flumini beach can be reached in less than 3 km.

In just a few minutes by car, one can access some of the most beautiful beaches on the southeastern coast of Sardinia, such as Mari Pintau, Solanas, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, and Villasimius, by following the scenic coastal road. The famous Poetto beach, with its miles of golden sand, is also easily accessible, about a fifteen-minute drive away.

The neighborhood is residential and quiet, inhabited by respectful and friendly people. The house is completely independent, ensuring privacy and freedom, set in a peaceful and natural environment.
