Description

The house is located in the Niu Crobu area, in a tranquil setting that combines the serenity of the hills with proximity to the sea. It enjoys full sun exposure throughout the day and is all on one level, featuring spacious and bright living areas. There are three comfortable bedrooms, two of which are doubles suitable for triple occupancy, both equipped with inverter air conditioning and mosquito nets.

The kitchen is not for guest use, but a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities are available for an additional fee. This location is perfect for nature lovers, hikers, and photography enthusiasts. Nearby, horseback riding, quad tours, and cycling routes can be arranged. Just a short distance away, the Molentargius Park offers the thrill of birdwatching, allowing close observation of the distinctive pink flamingos and various other bird species.

Nestled in the countryside, it is surrounded by tranquility and the sounds of nature, making it perfect for those seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location allows for the enjoyment of rural peace without sacrificing proximity to the sea: the nearest beach is only 2. 3 km away, while Flumini beach can be reached in less than 3 km.

In just a few minutes by car, one can access some of the most beautiful beaches on the southeastern coast of Sardinia, such as Mari Pintau, Solanas, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, and Villasimius, by following the scenic coastal road. The famous Poetto beach, with its miles of golden sand, is also easily accessible, about a fifteen-minute drive away.

The neighborhood is residential and quiet, inhabited by respectful and friendly people. The house is completely independent, ensuring privacy and freedom, set in a peaceful and natural environment. Transportation is convenient as well; the bus stop to Cagliari is a pleasant 15-minute walk away. The owners are very kind and accommodating (we arrived very late and they warmly welcomed us anyway). The place is charming and quiet, yet just a few minutes from the sea. Breakfast included fresh croissants and other items of our choice, and the room was clean and fresh. An absolutely recommended place.

If there were a Champions League for B&Bs 'Between Sea and Mountains', it would surely be Real Madrid and would reach the final every year. Wonderful property with warm, pampering hospitality from Pluto, a lovely, affectionate and playful boxer. Thorough cleanliness. Free breakfast with bombolone or croissant, juice, rusks and jam, and coffee or cappuccino. Spacious room with refrigerator and an excellent shower. Laundry available at a very small price. Free parking. Within a few minutes by car you can find restaurants, supermarkets and all services, and above all wonderful beaches. The B&B is located in the countryside, away from the chaos of the center but still close to services and beautiful beaches. The Villasimius area, one of Sardinia's gems, is reachable within 45 minutes by car. From Mari Pintau and Punta Giunco to Solanas and Punta Molentis, you will be astonished. You will be welcomed by Davide, Ingrid and of course Pluto. Believe me: hospitality, availability and joy will immediately be part of your holiday. They recommended the beaches and the places to taste the delicious Sardinian products. They will make you feel like family because they are special. Go ahead, you will not regret it.

Enzo come gli " Influencer "vederti girare video in giardino anche in notturna, ci ha fatto sorridere piacevolmente. Le nostre lunghe chiacchierate ci mancheranno sicuramente tanto. We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. Ingrid and Davide conveyed to us the love and care they devote to their property and garden. Thank you very much for their courtesy, discretion and valuable tips, nothing taken for granted. The room and bathroom are spacious, very clean and well equipped. Breakfast in the outdoor area is a real treat. The property is in the countryside, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, and you can still reach the coast in a short time. Highly recommended.
