Our B&B is a hospital and comfortable, located by the sea next to the beaches and the establishments in the area, has brand new rooms -apartments, furnished in Mediterranean style, equipped with every comfort: Private facilities, terraces overlooking the sea, fridge, hairdryer, set for bath, air conditioning, reserved parking; the sea is only 150 meters, Castelsardo is very close, only the marina separates us from the beautiful medieval village.

This hotel is open all year round, for info, discounts on official rates, distances, etc. please contact us to our phone numbers or send us an email.

We are waiting, to provide that extra.... and make you feel at home.

We stayed for two days, we immediately felt at ease, thanks to the friendly and down-to-earth owners. The room exceeded our expectations, the structure is very clean, offering a space with a sea view balcony where guests can have breakfast served by the owner. Definitely recommended.

Two nights with breakfast were just okay. The room had a nice side view over the roofs to the sea. It was a bit small but just enough and clean. A slightly larger room was also available, but the view was not as nice. Unfortunately, this place is far from Castelsardo, not reachable on foot. The breakfast was meager and consisted only of small white bread rolls. The display looked like it was counted. The coffee ☕️ was terrible, only powdered coffee available, when asked for a freshly brewed one, no attention was paid to it. So, anyone who wants to have a good breakfast in Sardinia and enjoy one of those fine Sardinian coffees is definitely in the wrong place. As soon as you start talking, there is a loud clattering of dishes in the background to signal that it's time to leave. It was not cleaned or the bed made, as confirmed by others. In conclusion, there are B&Bs where you feel welcomed as a guest and not just for the money. So, happy to pay but preferably not stay long there. Next time, I will definitely be at a different address.

Great holiday 2022 at Real B&B Primosole. Newly furnished room and rich breakfast. Nice bar and restaurants nearby. Super friendly and warm hosts. There was also a small balcony. Quietly located in a residential area and still close to the beach! Because it was so great, I booked this B&B again in 2023 - another great stay and great hosts!

We had an amazing time at this place. The hosts are very caring with their guests and made us feel extremely comfortable. We even got a free upgrade to an apartment with a terrace from which we could enjoy the sunset every night. The rooms are very clean and a fully equipped kitchen. 100% recommendation for Real B&B Primosole!

Franca and Giuseppe are two exquisite and helpful people. Giuseppe waited for us until late at night to welcome us despite the flight delay. The room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the sea... and... in chicchino. Super breakfast. Really a nice surprise. We will definitely come back!

We stayed in the charming little apartment, with a small equipped outdoor patio, surrounded by flowers and fragrant herbs. Giuseppe and Franca are fantastic hosts, kind and helpful, always ready to give advice. The B&B has a wonderful view, great breakfast, close to the beach, and we also met Mirtilla and Sasha, the very sweet house dogs. Highly recommended, a charming and family-friendly environment, we will definitely return.

We stayed at this Real B&B Primosole for a week; brand new and very clean structure. The managers, Franca and Giuseppe, are very welcoming and attentive to every need. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away; otherwise, all the main locations in northern Sardinia can be reached by car in about 1 hour/1 hour and a half. Highly recommended structure!

We stayed a week at this Real B&B Primosole and I must say we had a really good time! Starting from the accommodation, a well-kept porch and vegetable garden. Climbing the external stairs you reach the rooms and the small hall where there is the breakfast buffet (sweet and savory as you like, with excellent homemade cakes!) and an external balcony where you can sit comfortably to enjoy everything with a good view of the sea. The owners, Giuseppe and Franca, always kind and smiling. They really make customers feel at home by giving advice on beaches and places to visit! Highly recommended! We will be back.

On our tour in Sardinia, we chose three different destinations and B&Bs, if we had to choose which one was the best, we would definitely say Real B&B Primosole! Firstly, for the owners Franca and Pino, truly helpful people who always gave us excellent advice on places to visit. Then let's talk about the super good breakfast made of cakes and focaccia made by Franca (all very good) and finally for the brand new structure equipped with every comfort! We stayed at this Real B&B Primosole for 12 days. We immediately felt at home, thanks to the exquisite hospitality and the friendliness of the owners, Franca and Pino, who welcomed us as if we were family. The Real B&B Primosole is very nice, rooms are finely furnished and cleanliness is excellent. And what about breakfast, excellent and varied. Franca's sweets are delicious and Pino's bruschettas are delightful. The place is convenient to reach the various locations in the northwest of Sardinia and Pino and Franca were always available for suggestions on beaches and places to visit. What else to add, if not that we would return immediately. We thought we would find Real B&B Primosole managers, instead we found friends. Thank you Franca and Pino. The stay at Real B&B Primosole was perfect. Very clean and tidy room, comfortable and with all services available (including fridge). Enchanting, ideal for those seeking tranquility. Surrounded by the peace of olive trees and oleanders but at the same time close to the town of Castelsardo.
