Two-room apartment in a terraced house by Pinus Village in Santa Margherita di Pula, with large garden on two levels, fantastic sea view, 3' walk from the beach, with south-east exposure.
You will eat while looking at the nearby sea and dive into the sea as soon as you wake up.
Consisting of living-dining room-kitchen with sea view and direct access to the front garden, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
The row is built on the hillside. Consequently, the large garden is terraced, there are 10 steps to reach the house and the double bedroom, at the back of the house, gets light and air from a large courtyard and has no view. Water reserve, garden equipped with table, chairs and loungers, irrigation system, solar curtain, external cold shower.
No wi-fi, no barbecue
There is no washing machine and the nearest laundromat is located in Pula (12 km).
The apartment is well equipped and at guests' disposal there are also an umbrella, two beaches, a fridge bag. The kitchen is gas with 4 burners, the oven is electric.

Everything was exceptional, from the freshness of the apartment to the ease of access to the beach, to the wonderful view. Everything was superb: very well maintained and equipped with every little thing... just like home. We were also lucky to have quiet neighbors only on one side! Fiorenza was discreetly present. A perfect hostess. Congratulations.

Great experience. The accommodation is well maintained and well equipped in an excellent location. The unobstructed lovely view, the well-kept garden and the location perhaps 100 meters from the crystal-clear sea, a wide sandy beach and wonderful coves make it a fabulous solution. There are many trails that can be walked from there, including the ancient Roman road from Nora to Bithia. The management is impeccable, and upon request, it is full of suggestions, directions, and contacts.

We had a lovely stay and were very impressed with our host Fiorenza who recommended several places to visit. She also sent recommendations for the best beaches to go to depending on the weather conditions. A very helpful host who had also offered to help us book a place to eat if we wished to go to a restaurant as it was out of season when we visited. The view from the apartment was very nice and a short walk to two beaches. The apartment was well equipped and in a nice complex, convenient to explore the surrounding area. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Great location with breathtaking sea view and private little garden. The interior structure is functional and equipped with everything needed even for going to the beach. At the moment, there is no wifi service although works are in progress to bring fiber. Fiorenza, the manager, is extremely attentive and helpful, assisting us with suggestions and advice in planning our days. The only downside, not of the apartment but of the complex, is the internal road of the village which is quite rough, although accessible with regular cars. We will return.

The landlady Fiorenza is fantastic. She sent us a weather update every morning via WhatsApp and recommended the best wind-protected beach for the day, and she was always right :-) Very friendly and helpful upon arrival. We could have contacted her at any time with questions.
