The B&B PHINISCOLLIS is located on the eastern coast of Sardinia, in the seaside resort of La Caletta marina di Siniscola. It consists of bright and air-conditioned rooms, a 25-liter minibar, a private bathroom with a shower, and all the amenities. It is about 900 meters from the beach, with crystal clear sea and gently sloping seabeds, suitable for everyone. It is also 800 meters from the center of La Caletta, overlooking the sea, where the area offers many services. The B&B is less than a kilometer from the marina, where daily motorboats depart for spectacular beaches accessible only by sea. It is 45 km from the port and airport of Olbia, and about 20 km from the beach of Berchida and the protected oasis of Biderosa. Every morning, an Italian buffet breakfast awaits you with baked goods and coffee. Savory foods are available upon request. Private parking for cars and motorcycles is available in the courtyard with free gate access. WiFi connection is provided. There is also a space available for luggage storage. If you have a small and well-behaved pet, it is welcome, but it should never be left alone in the room. It can sleep with you, but it cannot access the common areas out of respect for other guests. Please inquire about the cost when making a reservation.

La Caletta is a modern tourist resort, a marina in the city of Siniscola. The area offers many services, including supermarkets, one of which is 130 meters away, a post office, ATM, pharmacy, sailing school, surfing, diving... The town center is very pretty and lively, especially in the evenings, with a long pedestrian area consisting of a bustling and colorful promenade amidst stalls, restaurants, ice cream parlors, local products, crafts. The port is home to the yacht club.

The port of La Caletta is a good starting point for visiting the southern coast, which lacks ports and is famous for its beautiful beaches: Cala Mariuolu, Cala Glorize, Cala Luna, Cala Biriola, Grotta del Fico, Grotta del Bue Marino; or for excursions to the Marine Park of Tavolara Island... The port is home to the yacht club.

The structure is located about 1 km from the beach, in a residential and quiet area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and practically new. The owner, Marina, makes you feel at home, offers excellent breakfasts with all kinds of drinks, fruit, yogurt, jams, cakes, and homemade brioches every morning. Parking is inside the property. I think we will return if we pass by that area!
