Nonna Adelina Apartments & Rooms is strategically located in the heart of Alghero. Just a stone's throw from Las Tronas beach and the historic center of the city.
The property has 4 different accommodations, 2 apartments and 2 rooms.
Apartment 1:
An apartment with kitchen and sofa bed, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower. Maximum capacity 4 people
Apartment 2:
The following apartment is larger, about 55 square meters, has a living area with kitchen and sofa bed, 1 bedroom and 2 independent bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine. The following accommodation has a small terrace with a sea view corner.
Finally we have 2 double bedrooms, each with an independent private bathroom.
Both the apartments and the rooms have air conditioning and television.
Please note that the price does not include the tourist tax, which must be paid in cash on the day of arrival at the cost of € 2. 00 per person per night (children under 12 are exempt).
A security deposit of €200. 00 is required upon arrival, to be paid via credit card pre-authorization, for guests staying in the apartments. n.

I am Mauro and I was born and raised in Alghero. I am the owner of a building material retailer, consequently I have a completely different job. In recent years, together with my wife, we have taken our first steps in the tourism sector. We have exclusive villas with swimming pools surrounded by nature, while Nonna Adelina is our proposal for you in the heart of the city. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and very well located. The only problem is that it is really difficult to park in the area. It is very difficult to find parking spaces, both free and paid.

Clean room with everything necessary. Denise was very kind, welcomed us and advised us on where to go. We parked practically in front of the B&B and got around on foot. It is located near the seafront. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

Elegant, spacious and well air-conditioned room; however, it could be better cared for in the details (no luggage rack, no soap holder in the shower, defective shower door, no place to hang swimsuits and towels). Mr. Enrico, Mrs. Denise and young Valeria were very kind and helpful; we had an early check-in and were able to leave our luggage on the day of departure. Since neither breakfast nor daily cleaning service are included, the price is rather high.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this apartment. The apartment is in an ideal location. The historic center of Alghero is reachable with a short and pleasant walk, which allows you to forget about the car in the evening. In addition, essential services (supermarkets, bars and excellent restaurants) are literally a stone's throw away. Upon arrival the house was clean and smelled nice. The spaces are very well laid out and the furnishings are modern and functional. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary even for longer stays. The owner was very kind and helpful. He welcomed us warmly, showed us the apartment and left us a very useful guide with his personal recommendations on the best beaches and on less touristy restaurants where to taste authentic Sardinian cuisine.

Nice and comfortable apartment located very close to the seafront. Unfortunately, it was very noisy at 8 a.m. because there was construction work going on nearby. On the first night we had no water for the shower, but that was not the owner's fault, as there were problems throughout the area. I highly recommend it if the construction work is finished.

The only thing that bothered us a bit was the noise from the street, which is right next to the bedroom. But otherwise, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and my questions were answered very quickly. A big compliment to Denise!
