Description
The modern apartments of "M Y Exclusive" are located at number 9 Via Cavour, in a magnificent historic building in the center of the city of Cagliari, in the famous and picturesque historic district of Marina. Despite being just a few steps away from Cagliari's nightlife spots, the apartments are very quiet. They have recently been renovated and are characterized by shades of white and gray that create a sober, modern, dynamic, and clean design. The furnishings are raw but warm, essential but balanced, with polished concrete floors that recall the style of New York lofts from the 1950s. The large windows create a bright and welcoming environment, and the apartments have a large loft overlooking the living room. They are located on the first, second, and third floors of the building and are served by a private elevator.

The accommodations are located in the heart of the historic center of Cagliari, in the enchanting "Marina" district. This historic district, founded by the Pisans in the 13th century, is one of the four historic districts of Cagliari. This area, enclosed by the walls of the Castle and Via Roma, is characterized by narrow streets and uphill roads that overlook the sea. Once, this district was inhabited by fishermen and merchants and today you can still breathe the authentic atmosphere of this Sardinian city. The strategic location of Savoia Luxury allows you to easily reach on foot the most important places in the city. These include the Cagliari railway station in Piazza Matteotti, which connects the international airport of Elmas to the city, Via Manno, a pedestrian area with numerous shops, perfect for shopping, and Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, in the heart of the Villanova district, which starts from Piazza della Costituzione and arrives at Piazza Garibaldi. Elegant and functional apartment, equipped with all the comforts. Perfect location for visiting the city. Very comfortable king-size bed. Extremely kind and helpful owner. Possibility of luggage storage on the ground floor through lockers.
