Welcome! My name is Tiziana and I would like to introduce you to MI CASA ES TU CASA, a property created by my father Giovanni Careddu in 2008 and managed by our family. My mother and brother work with me and we were among the first to offer this adventure, providing a new low-cost vacation idea that combines all the comforts of a hotel with the privacy of a vacation home. With our property, we aim to provide a unique and innovative experience on the island of Maddalena and ensure an unforgettable stay for our guests.

This B&B is a true gem in La Maddalena: close to the city center and within walking distance, with a comfortable room, a nice bathroom and a balcony, and gracious hosts, Tiziana, her mother and the always curious dog Rio. The property is also convenient to access at any time. For me it was an exceptional stay in Sardinia. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend everyone book at this bed and breakfast because of its excellent value for money in favor of the guest. The personal interactions with the owner, very professional and extremely welcoming, lead me to think that all my future visits will be hosted at this excellent property, where I truly felt at home, in that paradise called "La Maddalena". Pampered by Tiziana, the owner, we enjoyed the wonders of the National Park thanks also to the high quality of the accommodation. Maximum comfort and cleanliness. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great accommodation, very clean and tidy. Functionally furnished and there was everything we needed. The owners are really very nice and warm. And even though the breakfast was quite basic, Tizian still makes one of the best coffees in the world. We felt very comfortable and would always come back.

Tiziana's accommodation is truly a gem. Great location, you can reach the port in 20 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by vehicle. Tiziana and her family are incredibly friendly and accommodating, the accommodation is spotless. Thank you very much, we will come to visit you again dear Tiziana.

The accommodation is very correct, with an area to park. The treatment from the staff is fantastic! I do not know if it was an oversight not to clean our room from one night to the next. We stayed two nights. The breakfast is correct with industrial products. When we requested a savory breakfast, Filo offered us Carasau bread and high-quality cheese. Fantastic treatment!

The B&B is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The center can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the most beautiful beaches in the area. It is very clean and the owner is uniquely kind. I recommend it without a doubt.

5 minutes from the center with convenient free external parking. Wide availability of the manager for the room which was equipped with comfort and very spacious bathrooms. Very convenient the possibility of the external garden, both private and shared. Cleaning ok. Room equipped with air conditioning even though we didn't need to use it. Breakfast could be improved.
