"Marisal" is located in the Lido area of Alghero, just 100 meters from the beach of St. Giovanni, whose sand is white and thin.

The location is ideal, halfway between the old town - jewel of Catalan Gothic architecture - and the Maria Pia pinewood, north of the city.

Marisal Residence is located in the Lido area of Alghero, right in the city center, and the beach is just 50 meters away (less than a minute walk). The bus stop to the airport is 300 meters away. In the immediate vicinity, you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, newsstands, tobacco shops, internet points, banks, and post offices. The historic center can be easily reached on foot via the promenade (1. 7 km, 15-20 minutes), or by bus (the stop is 50 meters away).

Everything was great, nice and big room, friendly Giovanni as a host, the kitchen in the room was well equipped and there was also sugar, salt, olive oil. Separated bins. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Umbrellas were on site (not needed). A coffee maker was available for free in the entrance hall.

Great location, historic center 15 minutes on foot. Beach Maria Pia likewise. The studio had everything needed. Very helpful owner.

I really recommend everyone to stay in this apartment: very nice and well-equipped. My friends and I made the right choice, we felt very good and comfortable. Giovanni is super helpful and open to all requests, he was very kind.

The studio apartment where we stayed was really perfect! The location of Marisal Accommodation is great, close to the sea, a 15-minute walk from the center and with several services nearby (bars, restaurants, supermarket). The studio was spacious and very clean, equipped with everything necessary and more. The manager proved to be kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it for the quality-price ratio and for a fantastic stay in Alghero!
