Nice and renovated property inside,but two issues: the soundproofing of the door connecting to the owner's apartment and the outer ceiling of the small terrace is at risk of collapse,propped up with a technical jack. In addition the receipts were not consistent with the price actually agreed of €200,of which €50 was paid in advance as a deposit: receipt no.1 shows €185 and the second receipt, instead of €35 tourist tax,shows only €7.00,listing 5 nights in the description. I have the receipts as proof. I did not say anything to the owner because I believe it was not an oversight but intentional,so unfortunately my review is partially negative. Otherwise he was kind and also offered washing products in the bathroom not in sachets but in bottles,not from a supermarket.
