Description
You can find us in a central location in Cagliari, on a street that is convenient for all major services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and more. We are also close to all the tourist attractions of the city, including the university for students looking for suitable accommodation. However, our location is very peaceful, guaranteeing peaceful rest. Our structure is located on the raised ground floor (please note: there is currently no ramp for access for people with disabilities). We have just renovated and furnished our space, which consists of an entrance, a relaxation area with a well-stocked library, a separate kitchen equipped with all appliances, and four tables for breakfast. We offer four spacious bedrooms, furnished in a sober and elegant style (with parquet floors and porcelain stoneware in the other areas of the house), all with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and personal hygiene products.
