Description
Crafted by renowned artists and architects who are masters of sustainable design, it utilizes natural raw materials and recycled objects, many of which have been transformed into artistic installations. Additionally, it incorporates items and equipment borrowed from the world of classic sailing.
At Limolo, you will find the elements of the surrounding landscape: reeds, raw earth, stone, and the very same plants that grow in the garden. At Limolo, you become part of a functional and artistic balance conceived by the architect and carried forward by me with passion, as I continue his teachings. It is an approach that will make your holiday joyful and exciting. And, with the great satisfaction of enjoying a healthy, lower-impact stay while becoming a pioneer of a form of tourism that regenerates rather than consumes.
Enjoy your stay, and long live sustainability.
From the owner, Daniela.

Breakfast
We provide **coffee and jam**.
The **kitchen is fully equipped** with coffee makers, cups, and all the necessary utensils, which can also be used to prepare simple meals for lunch or dinner.
At **Limolo, live like a local**. Make use of our best local recommendations to find **short supply-chain foods** and prepare your own preferred breakfast, discover the local bakeries and markets, and perhaps a few bars in the town center if you want to immerse yourself in village life.
For your breakfast, we have created a formula that combines **freedom, convenience, independence, and, of course, sustainability**, while also keeping the cost as low as possible.
Have breakfast at **your own pace**, at the tables in the garden or while chatting with other guests in the citrus patio.
**Daniela** might be around, unless she has gone off on another adventure to tell you about over the next coffee at Limolo. But in any case, don't worry: everything is **easy to find and within easy reach**.
**Independent Breakfast**
The **fridge** is also available for storing your own food, strictly inside the appropriate **Tupperware containers**.
Help yourself to whatever you need at your convenience. You have until **10: 00 a. m. **
We simply ask you to **leave everything tidy and as you found it**, for whoever will have breakfast after you. We borrowed this idea from our experiences at **sailing school**, and we can assure you that it leads to many good habits and, why not, even new friendships.
**Plastic-Free Breakfast**
With the exception of the **Tupperware containers** for the refrigerator, you will not find plastic items at Limolo. We ask you to pay attention when shopping and help us **reduce the amount of waste**. Choose foods with **no packaging or minimal packaging** whenever possible.
The kitchen is equipped with **natural-fiber sponges, microfiber cloths, eco-friendly detergents, and colorful cotton dish towels**.
If you would like to wash what you use in the **art installation by architect Luciano Pia**—a tree trunk with a small tree growing from the top—we would be very grateful. The installation is equipped with a **water meter and a container** that allows you to collect the water.
Choose a plant and **give it a drink**. This is one of the good practices we would like to share with you, helping us save **hundreds of liters of water** that can still be used for irrigation, instead of being unnecessarily wasted.
**A different kind of breakfast, a world to discover…**”
Hey from Daniela
Years ago, I purchased these houses in the historic center of Cabras, and with a significant effort against the norm, I resisted the demolition and renovation using concrete and chemical materials.
Today, you can see them in their most beautiful and vibrant form. The raw earth they are made of has been saved and artistically enhanced by master architects of Green building, along with lime and other natural colors. All the work has been done by hand and crafted by specialists, and sometimes by me as well, creating a sense of a "living" place that is healthy, with an ideal temperature, harmonizing with the surrounding Wetlands, the Fishing district where they are located, and the sea, which is one of my greatest passions.
As a former lawyer, now a skipper and cooking expert, I lead active and cultural tourism projects to promote the area. I have guided Limolo in initiatives focused on Bioarchitecture, Photography, Cooking, and Hiking.
It's a pioneering effort in Sinis that I would love to share with those who share these passions and wish to be responsible tourists.
