Bed and Breakfast "Le Dune" is situated in a great location, only 1km from La Cinta beach and the Centre.

The tranquility is the guarantee of a pleasant stay and thanks to the position of the B&B you can move comfortably with the bicycles provided by home to reach the sea, go to the night market or shopping downtown San Teodoro.

The structure consists of rooms divided in: double rooms, double, single-double rooms with air conditioning and TV, with a private bath in every room, with a common area where you can stay and enjoy a coffee or a drink and plan day trips offered by Guido and Cristina, breakfast area on the terrace, private parking inside the courtyard.

The B&B LE DUNE offers customers transfer to and from airport and port of Olbia, car, scooter and advantageous agreements with local restaurants and pizzerias.

Good Bed and Breakfast. New and well-made rooms. Spacious terrace and parking with gate. Perfect for those touring Sardinia by motorcycle! Area provided with shops and very close to all the most beautiful beaches. A vacation dedicated to relaxation in a hospitable and professional environment. Very kind and helpful staff. We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for 10 days. Erica and Ricky.

Truly very nice and clean, the owners are kind and helpful (they told us they have bicycles in case we wanted to take a ride around the town, highly recommended if you visit in August because the place is quite crowded and you risk not finding parking). We booked only for the night, without breakfast. Thank you for your kindness, we had a great time. Valentina and Marco.

The experience turned out to be a failure; a cost that is more than excessive (€90.00 per night!) considering that having to wash with a jet of cold water only, even in the middle of summer, is certainly not the height of comfort. The room is certainly cozy, but it's not enough! Faced with a breakfast of poor quality, with low-quality products (from croissants to water), ready to enjoy the succulent libations, we felt almost rebuked, simply because we had lagged a few minutes loading our luggage into our car for departure! Breakfast was served by 10:00 and we arrived just a few minutes after.. You decide!

Salve, siamo rimasti piuttosto "sorpresi" dalla vostra recensione, visto che il problema dell'acqua calda, solo da voi segnalato, è stato risolto tempestivamente; inoltre il prezzo di € 90.00 era stato preventivato per 2 adulti e un piccolo cagnolino che si è rivelato un cane di taglia grande, fidandoci del vostro buon senso abbiamo accetato la permanenza del cane con la condizione che rimanesse sul vostro terrazzo privato, ma al mattino ci siamo ritrovati a fare le pulizie extra dovute alla permanenza non concordata del cane nella stanza. Per quanto riguarda la colazione e il check out della stanza nonostante l'orario era entro le 10 del mattino, la colazione vi e stata servita alle 10:25, visto l'orario, la stanza doveva essere gia libera e pronta per le pulizie per la correttezza verso gli ospiti in arrivo, ma la vostra stanza era ancora occupata dal cane rimasto incustodito. Noi accettiamo le critiche costurttive a scopo di migliorarci sempre, quando le recensioni sono basate su fatti degni di nota ! Cogliamo l'occasione per salutarvi e in futuro vi consigliamo di essere più disponibili nel comprendere l'impegno delle persone che vi ospiteranno nella loro struttura.

I highly recommend everyone to try the structure for the quality / price ratio and the great availability of the B&B owners. In addition, they offer multiple services: car, motorcycle, scooter, and bicycle rentals. Transfer from the airport to the B&B and vice versa.

I do not recommend this B&B. The bathroom does not have a bidet, the rooms are small, breakfast cannot be done when it is one minute past 10, hospitality is zero. I do not recommend it for everything. I will not go back and I do not recommend it to everyone who wants to go.
