Bed and Breakfast "Le Dune" is situated in a great location, only 1km from La Cinta beach and the Centre.
The tranquility is the guarantee of a pleasant stay and thanks to the position of the B&B you can move comfortably with the bicycles provided by home to reach the sea, go to the night market or shopping downtown San Teodoro.
The structure consists of rooms divided in: double rooms, double, single-double rooms with air conditioning and TV, with a private bath in every room, with a common area where you can stay and enjoy a coffee or a drink and plan day trips offered by Guido and Cristina, breakfast area on the terrace, private parking inside the courtyard.
The B&B LE DUNE offers customers transfer to and from airport and port of Olbia, car, scooter and advantageous agreements with local restaurants and pizzerias.

Buon B&B; Camere nuove e ben fatte.
Ampio terrazzo e parcheggio con cancello.
Perfetto per chi gira la Sardegna in moto!
Zona fornita di negozi e vicinissima a tutte le spiagge più belle.
Vacanza all'insegna del relax in un ambiente ospitale, professionale.
Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per 10 giorni.

Veramente molto carino e pulito, i proprietari gentili e disponibili (ci hanno detto di avere le biciclette in caso volessimo fare un giro per il paese, cosa consigliatissima se girate in Agosto perché il posto è parecchio affollato e rischiate di non trovare parcheggi).
Noi abbiamo prenotato solo per la notte, senza colazione.
Grazie per la vostra cortesia, siamo stati benissimo.

L'esperienza fatta si è rivelata fallimentare; un costo a dir poco eccessivo (90,00 € a notte!) considerando che il doversi lavare con un getto di sola acqua fredda, anche in piena estate, non è certo il max della comodità. Certamente la stanza accogliente, ma non basta! Di fronte a una colazione di scarsa qualità, con prodotti scadenti (dalle brioche, all'acqua), pronti a consumare le succulente libagioni, ci siamo sentiti dare un quasi altolà, semplicemente perché ci eravamo di qualche minuto attardati a caricare i bagagli nella nostra auto per la partenza! La colazione veniva servita entro le ore 10.00 e noi lì pochi minuti dopo.. Decidete voi!

Salve, siamo rimasti piuttosto "sorpresi" dalla vostra recensione, visto che il problema dell'acqua calda, solo da voi segnalato, è stato risolto tempestivamente; inoltre il prezzo di € 90.00 era stato preventivato per 2 adulti e un piccolo cagnolino che si è rivelato un cane di taglia grande, fidandoci del vostro buon senso abbiamo accetato la permanenza del cane con la condizione che rimanesse sul vostro terrazzo privato, ma al mattino ci siamo ritrovati a fare le pulizie extra dovute alla permanenza non concordata del cane nella stanza. Per quanto riguarda la colazione e il check out della stanza nonostante l'orario era entro le 10 del mattino, la colazione vi e stata servita alle 10:25, visto l'orario, la stanza doveva essere gia libera e pronta per le pulizie per la correttezza verso gli ospiti in arrivo, ma la vostra stanza era ancora occupata dal cane rimasto incustodito. Noi accettiamo le critiche costurttive a scopo di migliorarci sempre, quando le recensioni sono basate su fatti degni di nota ! Cogliamo l'occasione per salutarvi e in futuro vi consigliamo di essere più disponibili nel comprendere l'impegno delle persone che vi ospiteranno nella loro struttura.

Consiglio vivamente a tutti di provare la struttura per rapporto Qualità / prezzo e la grande disponibilità dei titolari del B&B inoltre usufruiscono molteplici servizi: noleggio auto, moto, scooter e bici. Trasferimento da aeroporto al B&B e viceversa!

Sconsiglio questo B&B, il bagno non ha il bidè, le camere piccole, la colazione quando sono le 10 e un minuto non si può più fare, ospitalità zero, sconsiglio per tutto, io non ci tornerò più e lo sconsiglio a tutti quelli che ci vogliono andare.
