Perfectly located in the center of the small coastal town of Sant'Anna Arresi stay at B&B Le Dune will allow you to easily reach the best beaches in the southwest of Sardinia. The B&B Le Dune has 3 double bedrooms with the possibility of an extra bed / cot. All rooms are air-conditioned with independent system, equipped with TV and private bathroom / exclusive use and wifi internet connection. Breakfast (Italian breakfast) is served in the living room and the porch of the inner courtyard. Located close to all amenities is very convenient for shopping and travel, in fact, just a few meters you will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, newspaper kiosk, bakeries, fruits and vegetables, petrol station, rotisserie, and so on. While staying at "Le Dune" Bed and Breakfast you can relax in a room with all amenities and quick access to the magnificent white sand dunes of Porto Pino beach or just relax in a cove in the area, or enjoy comfortably equipped with beach umbrellas, sunbeds, kiosks, toilets. Perfect location to visit Sulcis-Iglesiente, beautiful beaches nearby, super welcoming host full of advice, clean and brand new room, a pity for the missing bidet in the bathroom. Super breakfast, full of products and very varied.

Beautiful experience! My boyfriend and I stayed a week at this B&B, using it as a base to visit the surrounding beaches: from Pula to the Sant’Antioco area. The location of the property proved to be strategic, also due to its proximity to Porto Pino and the convenience of the services found in the town of Sant’Anna Arresi. The structure is modern and furnished in a modern way, both in the room and in the breakfast area. The latter is organized through a very well-stocked buffet, we especially appreciated the brioches and other fresh pastries. Finally, a special mention goes to the availability and courtesy of the host, always ready to provide advice on places to visit, restaurants, etc... Definitely an accommodation to recommend and return to in the future!

Il B&B le Dune si trova in una zona centrale e da lì è possibile raggiungere con facilità molte spiagge. Il gestore, sempre pronto e cordiale, ci ha sempre consigliato sulle spiagge da visitare e le passeggiate da fare nei dintorni.
La struttura è accogliente e nei dintorni si trovano tutti i negozi/servizi necessari.
La pulizia impeccabile e la colazione soddisfa tutti i palati.
Che fare il prossimo anno? Si ritorna.

Siamo stati al b&b le dune dal 26 al 29 luglio tutto nuovo, eccellente colazione, nonché la posizione strategica per poterci spostare in una costa veramente bella i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili con una colazione degna dei migliori alberghi di sicuro ci ritornerò

Sandro e Irene sono fantastici. B&B nuovo, elegante, pulitissimo, loro sono gentilissimi, la colazione è abbondante sia dolce che salata, tutto fantastico. Se dovete visitare le dune di portopino la posizione è perfetta. Grazie mille di tutto. Peccato aver trascorso solo una notte in un posto così ben avviato.

Porto Pino è il luogo ideale per rigenerarsi. È la perfezione della natura. Il palcoscenico è immenso, le luci meravigliose, i colori infiniti. Il B&B contribuisce alla buona riuscita della vacanza. Irene e Sandro sono semplicemente perfetti, cortesi e accoglienti. La casa è pulitissima e armoniosa, arredata con gusto cura. La colazione buona e abbondante.

Struttura rimodernata di recente, camere molto pulite. Posizione comoda per le spiagge più belle della zona (Porto Pino, Porto Pinetto, Teulada), in paese a Sant'Anna Arresi (un ottimo ristorante di fronte, un fantastico negozio di alimentari di fianco). La colazione è fantastica, servita nel giardinetto e con torte e biscotti fatti in casa. I proprietari sono una coppia squisita, gentilissimi e molto simpatici. Non si può chiedere di meglio.

Siamo appena tornati dal soggiorno presso il B&B Le Dune.
Siamo rimasti colpiti dalla cortesia, dedizioni, disponibilità e simpatia dei proprietari.
La struttura è veramente bella, moderna e curata. Si trova al centro di una zona turisticamente molto interessante: la baia di Chia, S. Antioco e Carloforte sono facilmente raggiungibili.

Semplicemente super, in tutto se ci fosse stato il 10 e lode avrei messo quello come voto. complimenti ai mitici Sandro e Irene per la gestione, dispiaceva quasi andare in spiaggia la mattina. Grandi chiacchierate e risate. Colazione da re con torte fatte in casa e pulizia impeccabile. Bravi bravi.

Soggiornare a Le Dune è stata un'ottima scelta, lo consigliamo vivamente.
Camere ultra pulite, colazione abbondante e molto buona, gestori accoglienti e disponibilissimi (siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte causa ritardo aereo e Sandro, il proprietario, è rimasto alzato apposta per noi).
La posizione è perfetta per visitare la zona sud ovest ed è vicino alla spiaggia di Porto Pino.
Ci torniamo sicuramente!

Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte ma Sandro e Irene ci hanno fatto subito sentire come a casa. È stato piacevole chiacchierare un po' con loro e percepire l'entusiasmo e la passione che hanno messo in questo progetto. La stanza è bella e confortevole, la colazione varia ed abbondante: siamo stati proprio bene. Consigliatissimo.

Prima di iniziare il nostro soggiorno alle Dune Bed and Breakfast, io e Francesco, avevamo trascorso 3 giorni in un altro B&B in una zona più rinomata della Sardegna e di conseguenza più cara e non eravamo rimasti soddisfatti aprire la porta della nostra camera é stata per noi una piacevole sorpresa, tutto pulito e profumato, arredo minimal ma con gusto e sobrietà, colori neutri e rilassanti, biancheria pulita e di qualità. La camera non é grandissima ma é dotata di ogni comfort compreso un piccolo bagnetto privato. La posizione in cui è ubicato il B&B é comoda a tutti i servizi nonostante la nostra camera desse sulla via principale di sant Anna arresi i doppi vetri e l aria condizionata ci hanno permesso di dormire serenamente. Irene e Sandro, nonostante non avessimo scelto la colazione compresa nel prezzo, ci hanno invitato più volte a farne parte. La loro Gentilezza e cordialità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
