Comfort, attention, friendliness, design, excellent location. A perfect experience in harmony with the city, which is beautiful. It is very close to Poetto Beach and not far from the center of Cagliari. For those who enjoy walking, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Struttura elegante e confortevole. Titolare educato socievole e degno di nota. Viaggiamo spesso ma è raro trovare una bella persona così!

Patrick il proprietario, si è dimostrato fin da subito una persona molto cordiale e disponibile; già dal primo contatto telefonico senza esserci mai visti è stato flessibile circa l' orario di arrivo (cosa a noi molto gradita). La struttura è dislocata in una posizione strategica sia per arrivare in spiaggia (5 minuti di auto), sia per raggiungere il centro.
La colazione al risveglio è stata ricca e variegata.
Zona silenziosa e per chi viaggia in auto l'host mette a disposizione con una aggiunta di prezzo, il posto auto all' interno del complesso. Consigliato.

Abbiamo contattato la struttura quasi all'ultimo minuto ad inizio agosto, per la fine del mese. Essendo 2 adulti con bambino siamo stato fortunati a trovare un gestore come Patrick che si è fatto in quattro per noi. Alla fine abbiamo alloggiato in una struttura gemella delle Dimore Del Sole, della quale abbiamo visto solo l'ala in comune per tutti I clienti.
Qui siamo stati trattati con estrema gentilezza da Patrick e i suoi genitori, soprattutto la mamma che ci ha offerto caffè e biscotti.
Abbiamo alloggiato in un piccolo monolocale con una terrazza assolutamente enorme, con vista sul mare.
Colazione, pranzo e cena sul terrazzo e una chiacchierata sotto le stelle, cos'altro si potrebbe volere!
Un pò calda, nonostante l'aria condizionata, essendo all'ultimo piano, ma con tutto il necessario: cucinino, frigo/freezer, lavatrice.
Niente TV o WiFi, a noi non sono mancati ma meglio pensare a cosa veramente sia fondamentale. A 100/200 metri dalla spiaggia - postazioni libere o a pagamento, con bar, ristoranti, farmacia e supermercato a due passi. Consigliatissimo.

Hotel molto bello. Le camere sono belle e confortevoli. Lo consiglio vivamente! Vivevamo da soli con una bambina. Il mare era molto vicino, abbiamo camminato per 15 minuti. Ci sono alcune buone catene di supermercati. I proprietari dell'hotel sono sempre pronti ad aiutare e Patrick ama i bambini molto, e li amano, anche.

Siamo stati al B&B con i nostri bambini. Il gestore è stato accogliente e gentilissimo nei nostri confronti e in quelli dei nostri figli. Stanza e bagno pulitissimi, ottima colazione. Torneremo a breve e Patrick è stato ancora più gentile perché ha accontentato ogni nostra richiesta. Consiglio vivamente.

Ospitalità favolosa, posto tranquillo per godersi un relax al massimo. Noi di Bolzano ci siamo trovati bene, anzi benissimo sembrava di essere tutti in famiglia.

Ho pernottato una notte presso questa struttura con la mia famiglia che dire oltre al fatto che ci siamo trovati benissimo, padrone di casa gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, camera pulita e spaziosa, zona molto tranquilla ma vicina al mare ed al centro, parcheggio privato.. Insomma da consigliare sicuramente.

Posizione perfetta per la visita della città e il relax della bellissima spiaggia di Poetto con il suo lungomare. Patrik è l'ospite perfetto, gli piace condividere le esperienze dei viaggiatori, tiene con cura la struttura, è ha risolto ogni nostra esigenza. Abbiamo un approdo sicuro nel "porto" di Cagliari.

Persone molto ospitali, camera confortevole e spaziosa. L'abitazione è pulitissima. Io ed il mio fidanzato siamo rimasti contenti e non esiteremo a soggiornare di nuovo alle dimore del sole appena vi sarà occasione!
