The property has a sea view, it is very beautiful, it is very suggestive.

B&B rooms
The rooms are all with private bathroom inside the room and independent entrance directly from the patio. Each one overlooks a different part of the garden and this guarantees privacy and a sense of relaxation.

The rooms have all the comforts:
private bathroom with window and related products for use and consumption;
air conditioning;
unlimited wi-fi;
satellite TV;
unattended private parking;
The B&B service includes included in the price:
- rich Italian breakfast, served in a large veranda overlooking the sea;
- possibility to use the veranda for aperitifs, snacks or dinners, imported from the outside;
- fridge for common use only between guests;
- standard cleaning of rooms and bathrooms with linen change every 3/4 nights or on request, as an extra;
- unlimited wi-fi throughout the hotel;
- private parking spaces inside the property, illuminated all night but unattended;
- all outdoor spaces, courtyards, terraces, garden, as well as all knowledge of the places of Ivana and Stanislao available.....

Prices
During the season they vary from a minimum of € 80 to a maximum of € 180 per night.

Prices do not include the tourist tax of € 2. 30 per night per adult, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Quelle surprise extraordinaire! Cela n'arrive pas souvent, dans une vie, de découvrir un tel endroit! Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse extraordinaire! Quel accueil! L'environnement est extra, les chambres super, un calme indescriptible, la propreté irréprochable! Vraiment, découvrir la Sardaigne et la Costa Smeralda sans passer au 'Corti di Aloà c'est comme aller à Paris sans voir la tour Eiffel ou visiter Milan sans voir le 'Duomo. C'est avec tristesse que nous avons quitté cet endroit!

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, molto ben curata. In posizione strategica per raggiungere rapidamente le spiagge della Costa Smeralda. I padroni di casa, Ivana e Stanislao, sono gentilissimi e si danno molto da fare per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza dei loro ospiti. Conoscono molto bene l'isola e forniscono informazioni precise sulle località da visitare o le attività da intraprendere. Siamo stati bene. Molto consigliato.

Ivana è una signora deliziosa che pensa a qualsiasi vostra esigenza. Nulla è lasciato al caso ed è tutto perfettamente organizzato e preciso. Ad ogni nostra esigenza ci è stata offerta una soluzione impeccabile e puntuale. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati come a casa. Ringraziamo Ivana e Stanislao per l'accoglienza e ospitalità ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. La struttura (caratteristico stazzu sardo) è curata e pulita. La colazione servita su una splendida terrazza con vista mare..Situata in posizione strategica, con i preziosi consigli di Stanislao abbiamo raggiunto le spiagge e calette più belle di una costa già meravigliosa. •San Pantaleo is only 3 kilometres away. It is a renowned and typical village that dates back to the end of the 19th century and that is open all year round.
