The green structure respects nature and pollutes as little as possible.
Autonomous fenced property.
Access through an automatic gate, of which you will have the remote control.

B&B rooms
The rooms are all with private bathroom inside the room and independent entrance directly from the patio. Each one overlooks a different part of the garden and this guarantees privacy and a sense of relaxation.
The rooms have all the comforts:
private bathroom with window and related products for use and consumption;
air conditioning;
unlimited wi-fi;
satellite TV;
unattended private parking;
The B&B service includes included in the price:
- rich Italian breakfast, served in a large veranda overlooking the sea;
- possibility to use the veranda for aperitifs, snacks or dinners, imported from the outside;
- fridge for common use only between guests;
- standard cleaning of rooms and bathrooms with linen change every 3/4 nights or on request, as an extra;
- unlimited wi-fi throughout the hotel;
- private parking spaces inside the property, illuminated all night but unattended;
- all outdoor spaces, courtyards, terraces, garden, as well as all knowledge of the places of Ivana and Stanislao available.....

During the season they vary from a minimum of € 80 to a maximum of € 180 per night.

B&B le corti di aloa, with Ivana, are waiting for you on a spacious terrace/veranda overlooking the sea, for an excellent Italian breakfast with a special focus on local products. Specifically: tea, coffee, cappuccino, croissants, biscuits, bread, butter, jams, Nutella, yogurt, breakfast cereals, muesli, fruit juices, mineral water, and seasonal fruit, etc.
* Additionally, a refrigerator is available for guests in the facility, which can be used to satisfy specific dietary preferences that guests will personally take care of.

I am Ivana, a kind lady.
Together with my husband Stanislao, we are from Milan, which is our city, where we live from November to April.
Our life journey with Stanislao began, thanks to Sardinia, right in this house, where we have also raised our daughter and are still a happy couple and family.
A few years ago, we built another house just 500 meters away from this one, where we moved our long summer stays in Sardinia. We also decided to start our B&B and Vacation Home business in our first house in beautiful Sardinia.
I personally take care of and coordinate the organization of the facility to ensure everything runs smoothly, so that every guest can feel their vacation with us is "unique."

We spent 4 nights at Corti di Aloa. We were warmly welcomed. Stanislas and Ivana are attentive, professional, available, accommodating and very friendly hosts. We stayed in room number 2. We found it faithful to the description and well equipped with everything necessary for toiletry (shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, towels, bath mat, toilet paper). A fridge is available for vacationers, as well as a line to hang laundry. The bed is a true 180. It consists of two 90 cm mattresses placed on a single bed base, with 180 cm bed linen. The room is equipped with air conditioning. The accommodation is close to the Costa Smeralda, but quiet and surrounded by nature, which makes it very pleasant. There is a private and secure parking. The hosts were very good advice, both for choosing the beach and for visits around. We are thrilled with our stay at Corti di Aloa and recommend it.

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, molto ben curata.
In posizione strategica per raggiungere rapidamente le spiagge della Costa Smeralda.
I padroni di casa, Ivana e Stanislao, sono gentilissimi e si danno molto da fare per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza dei loro ospiti. Conoscono molto bene l'isola e forniscono informazioni precise sulle località da visitare o le attività da intraprendere. Siamo stati bene. Molto consigliato.

Ivana è una signora deliziosa che pensa a qualsiasi vostra esigenza. Nulla è lasciato al caso ed è tutto perfettamente organizzato e preciso. Ad ogni nostra esigenza ci è stata offerta una soluzione impeccabile e puntuale. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati come a casa. La colazione abbondante, la camera deliziosa e pulita, gli spazi comuni curati e ben organizzati. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Ringraziamo Ivana e Stanislao per l'accoglienza e ospitalità ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. La struttura (caratteristico stazzu sardo) è curata e pulita. La colazione servita su una splendida terrazza con vista mare..Situata in posizione strategica, con i preziosi consigli di Stanislao abbiamo raggiunto le spiagge e calette più belle di una costa già meravigliosa. Lo consigliamo.

Quelle surprise extraordinaire! Cela n'arrive pas souvent, dans une vie, de découvrir un tel endroit! Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse extraordinaire! Quel accueil! L'environnement est extra, les chambres super, un calme indescriptible, la propreté irréprochable! Vraiment, découvrir la Sardaigne et la Costa Smeralda sans passer au 'Corti di Aloà c'est comme aller à Paris sans voir la tour Eiffel ou visiter Milan sans voir le 'Duomo. C'est avec tristesse que nous avons quitté cet endroit!

Les propriétaires sont des gens adorables et respectent leurs hôtes. les chambres sont bien entretenues. le petit déjeuner est copieux. les environs sont de magnifiques paysages, mer turquoise et sable fins.
