The structure is located in the heart of the city, just steps away from all the main tourist and artistic attractions such as the Cathedral, the Rosello fountain, Piazza d'Italia, the Sanna Museum, etc., as well as all city services and ample parking in nearby Piazza Mazzotti.

Lamarmora 58 is an independent studio consisting of a room with a small kitchenette equipped with all the accessories for short stays, and a bathroom with shower, washing machine, ironing board, and iron, with the possibility of a third bed.

I have traveled and visited several locations and stayed in many Bed and Breakfasts, I can say, without using euphemisms, that Lamarmora 58 is among the best I have ever stayed in. The location in the old city makes it charming and intriguing, it is a small apartment or any kind of studio with a fresh and very welcoming style, it lacks nothing, there is everything one may need. The managers Pierluigi and Maria Antonietta are exquisite people, very helpful and attentive to every need. Definitely to keep in mind for a future visit or holiday in a wonderful city like Sassari.

Very good location: between the train station and the lively part of the city. Shops within 1 minute walk. Well renovated apartment, the presence of a kitchen (shared with the other room) is a great advantage.

I stayed at the Lamarmora 58 property for 3 days. The manager is kind and very helpful, the place, although small, is well-organized, very clean and well-maintained, and above all rich in all comforts. The property is a short walk from the city center, the train station and also well connected to the main bus stops.

Il gestore della struttura è stato molto disponibile e cortese. Anche se solo per una notte il soggiorno in questo piccolo e accogliente mini-appartamento è stato davvero piacevole, pulizia e spazi molto ben curati, l’unica pecca è il parcheggio, essendo situato in centro storico ma molto comodo se si vuole visitare il centro e fare shopping! Lo consiglio davvero!

B&B en el centro de Sassari però muy tranquillo. Tuvimos solo una noche y fue todo muy bien. La casa es muy limpia, grande y agradable igual que la bienvenida y los consejos de los dueños sobre la zona. Gracias por todo!

Per circa quattro mesi mio figlio ha soggiornato presso questa struttura. Si è trovato benissimo, e io ero molto tranquilla perché sia Pierluigi che la moglie sono stati molto gentili e premurosi, sapevo di poter contare su di loro per qualsiasi cosa mio figlio avesse bisogno. Persone così premurose non ne ho incontrate molte. Una nota a favore anche per la sistemazione del piccolo appartamento, ben utilizzata tutta la superficie, la pulizia impeccabile. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, è un ottima sistemazione.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la struttura, la pulizia, la posizione e l'accoglienza da parte del gestore molto disponibile, persona deliziosa lui e la moglie, grazie ancora penso che se avrò occasione di tornare a Sassari sicuramente pernotterò qui.

Appartamento ben ristrutturato e molto confortevole. Posizione ottima, situato a pochi passi dal duomo di San Nicola e quindi dal centro della città. Sul retro dell'abitazione ampio parcheggio a pagamento. L'appartamento é pulito; ampio bagno, camere con TV, frigobar ed aria condizionata. Ottima l'ospitalità del proprietario ed il rapporto qualità prezzo. Assolutamente da prendere in considerazione per un soggiorno a Sassari.
