The structure is located in the heart of the city, just steps away from all the main tourist and artistic attractions such as the Cathedral, the Rosello fountain, Piazza d'Italia, the Sanna Museum, etc., as well as all city services and ample parking in nearby Piazza Mazzotti.

Lamarmora 58 is an independent studio consisting of a room with a small kitchenette equipped with all the accessories for short stays, and a bathroom with shower, washing machine, ironing board, and iron, with the possibility of a third bed.

The apartment is perfect, you can tell that everything has been refined, the decor and the finishes. Well done Pierluigi. Highly recommended without hesitation. The only difficulty is finding a place to park the car in these streets of old Sassari.

I have traveled and visited several locations and stayed in many Bed and Breakfasts, I can say, without using euphemisms, that Lamarmora 58 is among the best I have ever stayed in. The location in the old city makes it charming and intriguing, it is a small apartment or any kind of studio with a fresh and very welcoming style, it lacks nothing, there is everything one may need. The managers Pierluigi and Maria Antonietta are exquisite people, very helpful and attentive to every need. Definitely to keep in mind for a future visit or holiday in a wonderful city like Sassari.

Very good location: between the train station and the lively part of the city. Shops within 1 minute walk. Well renovated apartment, the presence of a kitchen (shared with the other room) is a great advantage.

I stayed at the Lamarmora 58 property for 3 days. The manager is kind and very helpful, the place, although small, is well-organized, very clean and well-maintained, and above all rich in all comforts. The property is a short walk from the city center, the train station and also well connected to the main bus stops.

The manager of the facility was very helpful and courteous. Although only for one night, the stay in this small and cozy mini-apartment was truly pleasant, very well-kept cleanliness and spaces, the only flaw is the parking, being located in the historic center but very convenient if you want to visit the center and go shopping! I really recommend it!

B&B in the center of Sassari but very quiet. We only stayed one night and everything went very well. The house is very clean, large, and pleasant, just like the welcome and the owners' advice on the area. Thank you for everything!

For about four months my son stayed at Lamarmora 58. He had a great time, and I was very calm because both Pierluigi and his wife were very kind and caring, I knew I could count on them for anything my son needed. I have not met many caring people like them. A positive note also for the arrangement of the small apartment, the entire surface well used, impeccable cleanliness. I highly recommend it to everyone, it is an excellent accommodation.

We had a great time both for the structure, the cleanliness, the location, and the welcome from the very helpful manager, a delightful person he and his wife, thanks again I think that if I have the opportunity to return to Sassari I will definitely stay here.

Well-renovated and very comfortable apartment. Excellent location, located a short walk from the Duomo of San Nicola and therefore from the city center. At the back of the house, there is a large paid parking area. The apartment is clean; spacious bathroom, rooms with TV, minibar, and air conditioning. Excellent hospitality from the owner and the value for money. Definitely worth considering for a stay in Sassari.
