The restoration work has preserved the originality of the external structure, entirely made of trachyte. The interiors have been completely rebuilt using bioarchitecture and energy-saving techniques.

This B&B is very well located in Porto Torres, just 5 minutes walk from the port. The host is remarkably kind and available. The rooms are very comfortable, with a bathroom and private balconies. The only downside that explains the 9/10 is that, in my opinion, the breakfast was too sweet and lacked some less sweet alternatives (butter, neutral cereals...). I highly recommend this accommodation!

Owner available and very kind. Always present to meet all needs. Despite being a B&B, the room is cleaned daily with towel change halfway through the stay, much appreciated. My room had a huge balcony with a view of the harbor, very nice for breakfast in the morning. Always available in the fridge are small bottles of water for guests. Kitchen always open and available for self-service breakfast. Almost central location for easy access by the sea with the car or for evening walks. The only flaw is the parking, not always available nearby, but with patience it can be found.

Beautiful structure located in a great position. The staff is attentive, kind, and super helpful. The rooms are comfortable, the only flaw is that there is a restaurant-pizzeria below the facility and therefore there is noise until late at night. Overall a fantastic stay.

La Rosa dei Venti very welcoming, new accommodation, well decorated and comfortable, 500m from the beach and the ferry.\n\nGiven our very early departure to catch the boat, breakfast is self-service and obviously the bread and pastries are packaged. There is still a wide choice plus yogurts and fruit juices.\n\No problem to park nearby (free), we recommend this establishment.

New and clean structure, but the lack of on-site reference, as I have experienced in other facilities, necessary for information and breakfast (here you do it yourself), makes the difference. On the other hand, if you want discretion, it's the perfect place! Good but not optimal location, because it is located right in the center (which is certainly good given the easy parking near the structure), but on a very busy street, even at night.

Without much charm but good for catching the ferry early in the morning. It was necessary to wait for the owner and have her called through an interpreter. Breakfast was ready at 4 am.

We had a great time. The structure is new, clean and well managed by the owners who were flexible and kind meeting our needs. The rooms are spacious (even peeking into those of others) and very clean and well-kept with simple but not basic or run-of-the-mill furniture. In terms of value for money, I would say excellent.
