Description

The B&B is located on the ground floor of a charming building built around 1890, which housed the former management of the mining company present at the time.

Equipped with three bedrooms with seven beds, large garden with spectacular sea view, veranda, from which you can admire the panorama during breakfast or during moments of relaxation in the garden with lawn.

The B&B is located in the center of the village of Nebida, a minute's walk from the square, twenty minutes from Iglesias, an hour's drive from Elmas airport and 1 hour from the port of Cagliari.

Less than 10 minutes by car you can reach the two main beaches of Masua (Pan di zucchero), Portu banda, Fontanamare and 15 minutes Plage Mesu and Porto Paglia

Very beautiful structure and splendid garden with panoramic sea view, ideal for relaxing or having breakfast in the morning. Breakfast not particularly abundant or with a lot of variety but with fresh bread every morning and homemade jams, all very delicious and to my taste more than enough. Maurizio, the manager, extremely kind and helpful in giving advice on places to visit or restaurants to eat at. A true host.

The place is enchanting, very well-kept with a beautiful garden overlooking the sea. But what makes it special is the care and passion that the owner Maurizio puts into managing the B&B, making the guest feel at home. Excellent sweet or savory breakfast with good products, very varied and with excellent homemade jams. Excellent cleanliness both in the room and in the structure.

Maurizio's La Pigna B&B is magnificent, with a breathtaking view from its garden overlooking the sea. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. Maurizio is super friendly and we really enjoyed our informal chats about the history of the place, the village, and the surroundings upon arrival and during breakfast. We hope to return to Maurizio's La Pigna B&B as soon as possible, as we realized we had too little time to fully enjoy such a place.

Maurizio is a pleasant host but unfortunately the language barrier limited the interactions (we do not speak Italian and he does not speak English). The very beautiful exterior of the house was less convincing in its interiors. We had a small room with the bathroom far away while we were a couple with a young child (so moderately practical) and that other rooms were much larger with an adjoining bathroom and assigned to childless couples... Our room had no charm, ordinary furniture, a pity in such a beautiful house! The breakfast offered was very simple: bread butter jam. The terrace and the garden give all the charm to the place. The house is very well located in a very pleasant small village where people are very friendly and where all the amenities are present.

The stay was splendid! Stunning panoramic view from the garden of the villa, where breakfast is also served. The room is spacious, the spaces very clean and fresh. The environments are silent, despite being in the village. Excellent location to explore the entire area. The owner Maurizio is helpful and very kind. Highly recommended.

"La Pigna" is a wonderful B&B located in a charming and beautifully renovated small villa from 1890, which used to belong to the director of the nearby mines and is situated along with a large front garden on a natural plateau with a view of the sea up to the island of San Pietro. Maurizio Spiga is a wonderful host who takes great care of the well-being of his guests (communication also works for non-Italian speakers, possibly through English and phone) - fantastic that he called for us both to clarify that on that evening the Pizzeria/Bar "Al' 906 Operaio" was open at sunset but only serving drinks, and to reserve a very nice table for us for dinner at 9 p.m. at the nearby restaurant "Del Capitano" - everything went wonderfully, we had an evening that couldn't have been more beautiful! - Breakfast in the morning in the garden in front of the house: also a great experience, dreamy atmosphere. Conclusion: Nebida: absolutely, and if Nebida, then HERE!
