THE ACCOMMODATION:
• Independent apartment for a maximum of 2 people, located on the ground floor in a well-served area.

There is only one small step at the gate entrance and another small step at the apartment entrance.

THE AREA:
La Maison de Gioel is located in a quiet semi-central area of Olbia, about 1. 4 km from the historic center, 2 km from Costa Smeralda Airport, and 2 km from Isola Bianca Port.

INTERNET:

THE BEDROOM
• Double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, window, blankets, extra pillows, and TV with Italian channels.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN:
• Living room with sofa, dining table, and TV with Italian channels.

• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, built-in oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine, plates, glasses, various pots, moka pot, and kitchen utensils.

OUTDOOR AREA:
• Small outdoor space with washing machine and clothes rack; if you are smokers, you may ONLY smoke in this outdoor area.

BREAKFAST:
• Breakfast service is not provided; as it is a full apartment, you can prepare your own meals and breakfast using our kitchen.

As a courtesy, upon arrival and only for the first night, we always leave some water and a few coffee capsules.

BATHROOM:
• The bathroom is equipped with a standard hairdryer.

• Only for the first night, you will find single-use shampoo and shower gel sachets and a few toilet paper rolls.

LINEN & CLEANING:
• Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge at check-in only and in limited quantity.

• Each guest at check-in will receive their own towel set (one small + one medium + one large) to use for 2 nights.

• After 2 nights, each guest will find in the wardrobe another clean towel set (one small + one medium + one large) to use for another 2 nights; after that, the free towel rental will end.

• Bed linen must be used for 7 nights; after that, guests can take a new set of sheets from the wardrobe for another 7 nights; after that, the free linen rental will end.

• A washing machine is available free of charge in the apartment, which you can use to wash both the linens provided at check-in and your personal clothes.

Please note that the convenience of renting an apartment is being independent and having access to both the kitchen and washing machine.

• No linen or towel changes will be made during your stay, as you will manage the provided linens yourself.

• No daily cleaning service is provided; as this is a full apartment, cleaning during your stay is your responsibility. You can make your bed or do laundry whenever you wish.

CHECK-IN:
• The keys are kept inside a key box located next to the entrance gate at Via Malta, 18.

• Self check-in available from 3: 00 PM.

• The key box code will be sent to you shortly before arrival only after each guest has provided a valid identity document.

• As required by Italian law, it is mandatory to provide the ID of every guest.

CHECK-OUT:
• Check-out by 10: 00 AM
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• When booking, it is mandatory to provide a valid phone number, as we need it to send you the information required to collect the keys from the key box.

Without a valid phone number, we will not be able to contact you to share the secret code for key collection.

We will contact you the evening before your arrival to share all the necessary details for the self check-in and key collection.

• La Maison de Gioel can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

All guests must have a valid reservation and must be registered on the official accommodation portal (as required for hotels).

• Hosting other people is strictly forbidden, even for a few hours.

In Italy, every accommodation that offers hospitality must have a valid state/regional license indicating the maximum number of guests allowed.

SAFETY DEVICES:
• Safety ensured by gas and carbon monoxide detectors.

• Portable fire extinguisher.

• Outdoor areas under video surveillance for public safety reasons.

In full respect of guest privacy, please note that the only monitored areas are the garden in front of the entrance gate and the rear outdoor area (where smoking and clothes drying are allowed).

• Pets not allowed — we love animals, but unfortunately, we cannot host them due to past unpleasant experiences.

• Minors not allowed
• Smoking prohibited inside the apartment, but permitted in the outdoor area.

• Quiet hours: from 9: 00 PM to 7: 00 AM
TO BE PAID IN CASH ON SITE:
• City tax: €2. 50 per person per night, to be paid at check-out.
