WHO WE ARE:
• La Maison de Gioel is an independent accommodation for your exclusive use and can host a maximum of 2 people.
• The accommodation is located on the ground floor and includes free use of the kitchen and a double bedroom; you will find full details in the relevant sections.
THE AREA:
La Maison de Gioel is located in a quiet semi-central area of Olbia, about 1. 4 km from the historic centre, 2 km from Costa Smeralda airport and 2 km from Isola Bianca port.
In the vicinity of our accommodation you will find:

ACCESSIBILITY:
• There is a small step outside next to the entrance gate.
• There is a small step outside in front of the main entrance door.
CHECK-IN:
• Self check-in from 3: 00 PM via key box installed next to the entrance gate.
• As required by Italian law, all guests must provide valid ID details and have a confirmed reservation to access the property.
• Italian law requires us to report guest details daily to the police.
• The accommodation can host a maximum of 2 people with a valid reservation.
• If EXTRA guests are found, they will be required to leave the property.
• We will contact you the evening before arrival with check-in and key collection instructions.
• Providing a phone number (preferably WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal) during booking is MANDATORY; otherwise, we will not be able to contact you.
• We will contact you once the house is ready and provide the secret code for key collection.
• If the house is ready before standard check-in time, we will inform you immediately.
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
• We do NOT provide luggage storage.
CHECK-OUT:
• Check-out must be completed by 10: 00 AM. Late check-out is NOT allowed.
DOUBLE BEDROOM:
• Double bed.

• Standard TV with Italian channels.
KITCHEN:
• Sofa.

• Fully equipped kitchen with utensils.

• Bathroom with large shower.
• Hairdryer.
SMALL OUTDOOR AREA:
• Washing machine available for guest use
• Drying rack available.
• Smoking allowed ONLY in the outdoor area.
PARKING:
• We do NOT have private parking, but guests can easily find free parking on the quiet public street directly in front of the gate (Via Malta, 18, Olbia).
INTERNET:
• Free Wi-Fi.
TOWELS:
• Each guest will receive a free towel set (large, medium, small) for 2 nights.
• After 2 nights, a new clean set will be available for another 2 nights.
• After that, guests must wash towels themselves using the free washing machine.
• We do NOT provide beach towels.
BED LINEN:
• Beds are prepared at check-in.
• Sheets must be used for 7 nights.
• After 7 nights, a new clean set will be provided for another 7 nights.
• After that, guests must wash linens themselves using the free washing machine.
• Extra pillows and blankets are available in the wardrobe.
FOR THE FIRST NIGHT:
• 500 ml bottle of water per guest.
• Coffee pods.
• Tea bags.
• Sugar sachets.
• Shampoo/shower sachets.
• Laundry detergent (for 2 washes).
• Dish detergent.
• Kitchen paper towels.
• Toothpicks.
• Garbage bags
• Toilet paper (sufficient for one night).
After these initial supplies are used, guests can purchase more from nearby supermarkets.
ITEMS TO BORROW AND RETURN AT CHECK-OUT:
• Small beach umbrella.
• Rain umbrella.
BREAKFAST & FOOD:
• We do NOT provide breakfast or food.
CLEANING:
• The house must be left in a clean and acceptable condition.
• Remove sand from clothes and beach towels BEFORE entering the house.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
• Maximum 2 people; children, minors, and pets are not allowed.
• No additional guests allowed.
• No parties.
• No smoking indoors; smoke detectors are installed.
• Smoking allowed only in the outdoor area.
• No excessive noise between 9: 00 PM and 7: 00 AM (especially outdoors).
• Do not turn off Wi-Fi.
SAFETY:
• Gas and smoke detectors.
• Fire extinguisher.
• For public safety reasons, the external area in front of the entrance gate is under video surveillance.
• The rear outdoor area is also under video surveillance.
• Cameras are positioned at the entrance gate and at the back of the property.
• Cameras record video without audio and footage is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
CITY TAX (NON-RESIDENTS OF OLBIA) :
• €3. 50 per person per night, to be paid in cash on-site. This is a municipal tax and NOT our income.

About 500 meters from home there are several supermarkets and various coffee shops/pastry shops, so our guests can independently buy what they love for breakfast, and prepare their own meals in full autonomy by taking advantage of our kitchen equipped with dishes.

If you are looking for a structure in which to spend a few days in the city; “La Maison de Gioel” is the ideal place to feel at home!!!
I never leave anything to chance; I love taking care of the house, and supporting my guests right from the moment of booking.
I love talking to my guests and telling them about the wonders of my beloved land.
I love my job because it allows me to meet new people every day, and therefore to discover new cultures.
Whether it's for vacation, for work, or simply for one night, "La Maison de Gioel" could be the right choice!!!
In my job, it is essential for me to be able to make guests feel at home.
Being the only person to take care of the holiday home, the structure does not have a 24-hour reception.
Although self check-in is required to access the facility, I always find a way to contact guests by phone to provide them with some useful advice, or more simply to wish them good night or good morning.
