It is situated in a quiet semi-central area, about 1. 4 km from the historic center, 2 km from Costa Smeralda Airport, and 2 km from the Isola Bianca port.
The nearest bus stop is only 100 meters away.
Free public parking is available in front of the accommodation (NOT private parking, outside the ZTL zone).
Only motorbikes and bicycles are allowed in the courtyard; the size of the entrance gate does not allow car access.
The Accommodation:
• Entire apartment for 2 guests located on the ground floor

As a courtesy, we always leave some water and a few coffee capsules for the first night only.
Shampoo & Hairdryer:
• The bathroom is equipped with a standard hairdryer
• For the first night only, we provide single-dose shampoo/shower gel packets and a few rolls of toilet paper
Linen & Cleaning:
• Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge at check-in
• No linen or towel changes during your stay; since it’s a full apartment, you can use the washing machine in the garden and manage the provided linen and towels independently
• No daily cleaning is provided; as this is a full apartment, there is no cleaning service during your stay, and you are expected to manage the apartment as if it were your own home
Important to Know:
• When booking, it is mandatory to provide a valid phone number so we can send you the necessary information for key collection, which is done via a key box
Check-in:
• The keys are stored in a key box located next to the entrance gate at Via Val d’Aosta, 24
• Self Check-in: from 3: 00 PM
• The key box code will be sent shortly before your arrival ONLY IF each guest has provided a valid ID
• Providing a valid ID for each guest is mandatory for guest registration
Check-out:
• Check-out by 10: 00 AM

• Safety ensured by gas and carbon monoxide detectors
• Portable fire extinguisher

About 500 meters from home there are several supermarkets and various coffee shops/pastry shops, so our guests can independently buy what they love for breakfast, and prepare their own meals in full autonomy by taking advantage of our kitchen equipped with dishes.
