WHO WE ARE:
• La Maison de Famille is an independent accommodation for your exclusive use that can host a maximum of 2 people.

• The accommodation is located on the ground floor and includes free kitchen use and a double bedroom; you will find the accommodation amenities in the relevant sections.

THE AREA:
La Maison de Famille is located in a quiet semi-central area of Olbia, about 1. 4 km from the historic centre, 2 km from Costa Smeralda airport and 2 km from Isola Bianca port.

In the vicinity of our accommodation you will find:
• Supermarkets.

• Coffee shops.

• Banks.

• Tobacco shops.

• Gas stations.

• Pharmacies.

• Post offices.

• Bus stops.

ACCESSIBILITY:
• Outside, in front of the main entrance door, there is a small step.

CHECK-IN:
• Self check-in from 3: 00 PM via key box installed next to the entrance gate of the accommodation.

• As required by Italian law, all guests must provide valid identification details to access the accommodation and must have a valid reservation.

• Italian law requires us to report daily to the police the personal details of all guests we host.

• The accommodation can host a maximum of 2 people with a valid reservation.

• If we find EXTRA people, we will be required to ask those without a reservation to leave the accommodation.

• We will contact you the evening before your arrival to share useful check-in information, including how to collect the keys.

• During booking, it is MANDATORY to provide a phone contact, preferably WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal; WITHOUT IT we will not be able to contact you.

• We will contact you as soon as the house is ready and provide the secret code to collect the keys.

• If the house is ready before the standard check-in time, we will inform you immediately.

• Check-out must be completed by 10: 00 AM and delays are not allowed.

• WE DO NOT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING, but guests can easily find parking on the quiet free public street right in front of the gate on Via Malta, 18, Olbia.

INTERNET:
• Free Wi-Fi.

TOWELS:
• Each guest will find a free towel set at check-in consisting of one large, one medium, and one small towel for 2 nights.

• After 2 nights, each guest will find a new clean towel set in the cabinet to be used for another 2 nights.

• After this period, free towel rental ends and guests must wash the provided towels themselves using our free washing machine.

• We DO NOT provide beach towels.

BED LINEN:
• Each guest will find the bed ready for use at check-in.

• The sheets on the bed at check-in must be used for 7 nights.

• After 7 nights, each guest will find a new clean sheet set in the cabinet to be used for another 7 nights.

• After this period, free linen rental ends and guests must wash the provided sheets themselves using our free washing machine.

• Extra pillows and blankets are available in the wardrobe.

FOR THE FIRST NIGHT:
• One 500 ml bottle of water per guest.

• Some coffee pods.

• Some tea bags.

• Some sugar sachets.

• Some shampoo/shower sachets.

• Some laundry detergent (for 2 washes).

• Some dish detergent.

• Disposable kitchen tissues.

• Some toothpicks.

• Garbage bags.

• Toilet paper (sufficient for one night).

Once the first-night supplies run out, guests can purchase them independently at nearby supermarkets.

ITEMS TO BORROW AND RETURN AT CHECK-OUT:
• Small beach umbrella.

• Rain umbrella.

BREAKFAST AND FOOD:
• We do not provide breakfast or food.

CLEANING:
• The house must be left in a decent and acceptable condition.

• Shake sand off clothes and beach towels before leaving the beach and NOT inside the house.

RULES AND PROHIBITIONS:
• Max 2 people; children, minors, and pets are not allowed.

• Hosting other people is prohibited.

• Parties are prohibited.

• Smoking inside is prohibited; smoke detectors are present.

• Smoking is allowed only in the small outdoor area.

• No noise or excessive volume between 9: 00 PM and 7: 00 AM (especially in outdoor areas).

• Do not turn off the Wi-Fi.

SAFETY:
• Gas and smoke detectors.

• Fire extinguisher.

• For public safety reasons, the outdoor area in front of the entrance gate is under video surveillance.

• For public safety reasons, the outdoor area at the back of the accommodation is under video surveillance.

• Cameras are positioned in front of the entrance gate and at the back outdoor area of the accommodation.

• Cameras record images without audio, which are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

CITY TAX FOR NON-RESIDENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF OLBIA:
• €3. 50 per person per night, to be paid on site in cash, as it is a municipal tax and NOT our profit.

The stay at this property was truly a wonderful surprise. Elide and Giovanni are two delightful people. They made us feel at home with constant attentiveness and support for everything. The house is very clean, well equipped and has a comfortable outdoor area and a parking space that was always free. It is 5 minutes by car from the center of Olbia and 20 minutes on foot. We highly recommend it to everyone.

The person was very present and available for everything. We felt welcomed and they gave us all the useful information for dining out and having breakfast in very nice places. All of this is just a stone's throw from home.
