The La Costa Est apartments are located in the Marina di Tertenia, on the southern side of Ogliastra, in a secluded and scenic position, perfect for those who wish to experience the most authentic side of Sardinia away from mass tourism. Nestled in an exclusive and tranquil setting, they are just a few minutes away from the center of Tertenia, essential services, and numerous local beaches.

From the property, one can enjoy views of the bay below, providing captivating glimpses and a serene atmosphere. The beautiful Foxi Manna beach, with its fine, light-colored sand, stretches for about a kilometer at the foot of Monte Cartucceddu and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Surrounded by rocks and accessible from various points with small parking areas and short paths, it is noted for its natural beauty and remains relatively uncrowded even during peak season.

The property consists of three independent apartments spread over two levels, designed to offer spacious and functional living spaces. Each unit features a living room with a kitchen and access to the garden, two double bedrooms, three single bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to seven people. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, a washing machine, hairdryer, and bed and bath linens are provided to ensure a practical and comfortable stay.

The air conditioning operates on a dedicated meter: the first 20 kWh are included in the price, while any excess will be charged based on consumption at the end of the stay. At check-in, which is scheduled between 3: 00 PM and 7: 00 PM, a refundable security deposit of 200 euros is required, to be returned upon departure. Check-out must be completed by 10: 00 AM.

Guests can take advantage of a partnership with Moby and Tirrenia ferry companies, offering discounts of 10% or 15% on departures to Sardinia, varying by season and subject to availability.
