This is a lovely little apartment that has recently been renovated to a high standard. It is elegant and well-maintained, and is situated in the heart of Sassari's historic center. The apartment comprises a spacious living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchen, which are separated by a relaxation area.

Guests (maximum 3 people) will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring total privacy. The apartment is surrounded by the best restaurants, bars, and shopping streets. It is just an 8-minute walk from the train station, and all the central squares can be reached in just 5 minutes.

The nearest beach (Platamona) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, while Alghero airport is 30 km away. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.

The bathroom features a comfortable shower cubicle, a bidet, a hairdryer, linen, and complimentary toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, and all kinds of utensils.

The apartment also offers Home Restaurant services, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner upon request, which are prepared directly on the premises exclusively for guests. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee of 5 euros per day, which should be communicated prior to arrival.
