Very charming, clean and welcoming structure. All the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They welcomed us and pampered us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the center with all services available. Thanks to all the staff for the wonderful vacation.

The La Casa di Pier B&B is very welcoming. The manager is very helpful in providing information about excursions to do. We had a great time. Very well connected with regional buses that take you to Palau, Porto San Paolo, and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato in questo B&B durante la settimana di ferragosto.
Fin dall'inizio abbiamo apprezzato davvero molto la struttura.
La posizione è incredibilmente comoda, proprio all'inizio del centro in corso Umberto. I parcheggi sono gratuiti e tutti vicini alla struttura.
Camera e bagno sempre puliti con cambio degli asciugamani ogni due giorni. La nostra camera, inoltre, aveva anche un piccolo balcone e una finestra.
Il personale e il gestore sono stati sempre molto gentili e disponibili.
Consigliato a tutti.

Julia took care of the B&B with alot of joy and kindness! She gave us information and offered us a sun umbrella without asking. She always worked with a smile on her face and was really welcoming. The breakfast was fine. Some will miss some cheese and cold cuts. The location is really comfortable if you like to have the bus stations only few steps away. On the otherside you hear some traffic noise. But all in all we were really happy with the location and would come back!

Great B&B with modern decor, very clean, convenient location and great value for money for Sardinia. The host, Piermario, was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the limited breakfast available, but otherwise would recommend a stay.

Il B&B è molto accogliente dotato di tutti i comfort e in posizione strategica.
Il gestore e la signora Marica sono persone disponibili e pronte a fornire informazioni utili per il soggiorno.
Tutti i giorni veniva rifatto il letto e ogni 2/3 giorni c'era il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani.
Unici suggerimenti:
Arricchire la colazione e variarla periodicamente per non renderla monotona e prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia degli asciugamani.

Uns hat es im B&B sehr gut gefallen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Der Besitzer war sehr nett, schon im Vorfeld hatten wir einen netten Kontakt zu ihm. Er begrüßte uns m B&B und gab uns wertvolle Tipps zum Essen und für den Strand. Das Frühstück ist klein aber ausgiebig. Wurst oder Käse wäre eine Abwechslung gewesen, aber von Brot bis zum Obst war alles da.
Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, jeden zweiten Tag gab es frische Handtücher.
Ein Parkplatz war gleich in der Nähe, direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Die Fußgängerzone ist sehr nahe.
Im Frühstücksraum oder auf der Terrasse ist es auch möglich, sich außerhalb des Zimmers aufzuhalten.
W-lan hat super funktioniert.
Einziger Minuspunkt: schlafen mit offenem Fenster war nicht möglich, da der Verkehr wirklich laut ist. Die Fenster dichten aber gut ab und auch mit der Klimaanlage lässt es sich gut aushalten.
Toller Ausgangspunkt für die Strände.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

B&B molto bello e curato con personale gentilissimo. Stanze arredate con gusto, spaziose e silenziose. Si trova in un'ottima posizione, dove tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione buona, mancherebbe qualche dolce fatto in casa.

A vous futures voyageurs, qui souhaitez visiter Olbia et la Sardaigne. Je vous conseille très vivement ce B&B. L'accueil y est on ne peut plus chaleureux, l'emplacement est idéal, le propriétaire est très avenant avec ses hôtes.
Et en plus c'est joli. Alors n'hésitez pas avec d'autres structures, à Olbia c'est ici que vous devez dormir.

Really nice B&B with a good quality/price relation, given the high prices in Sardinia. Everthing is really new and it was very clean. The host, Piermario, is also very friendly and helpful with his recommendations about the surroundings. There is a free covered parking with video surveillance nearby, which is very convenient if you rent a car. Only adding that the breakfast could be improvable, but in general our stay was great.

Molto bello come b&b, ristrutturato da poco, arredato monto bene, molto pulito e il proprietario è molto gentile. La governante è gentilissima ed educatissima. Si trova a 300 metri dal centro di Olbia, c'è il parcheggio a 100 metri dal b&b e dalla chiesa ed è anche video sorvegliato e gratuito. Ve lo consiglio.

Il B&B è fantastico, ha uno stile elegante, ben arredato e confortevole. I gestori sono delle fantastiche persone, sempre disponibili e gentili. La loro accoglienza mi ha fatto sentire a casa.
