Brand-new property furnished with taste. Perfect cleanliness. The host is very helpful and quick in communications. A short walk from the train station, public transport stops and the main street. One note: the room where I stayed faced the street and, until a certain hour, traffic noise can be disturbing.

Accommodation well located, not far from the airport and the port of Olbia. Restaurants nearby. Very clean accommodation, cleaning is done every day. However a bit noisy because our room faced the road. Otherwise, great.

Very nice host. The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. Breakfast is very good with a choice between sweet and savory, and the orange juice press was a highlight. Free parking is available nearby (Via Gennargentu/Piazza San Simplicio). The accommodation is also an ideal base for exploring the north coast and beaches. It's also only a few minutes' walk to the center.

Highlight the kindness of the owner and the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast is very scarce, the shower has low water pressure and the curtains do not block the light well. The location is very good, but the area is neglected and very dirty. Parking is possible in the surroundings, although it can sometimes be a bit difficult.

New structure, large rooms and a lot of kindness. The location is very convenient, in 10 minutes by bus (with a stop a few meters away) you reach the airport and in 10 minutes on foot the center of Olbia. The manager is very kind and always smiling. Highly recommended.

The location of the accommodation is unfortunately not ideal, because it is located directly at a major traffic intersection. Otherwise, everything can be rated from good to very good. I cannot make any statements about the operators.

La Casa di Pier is a wonderful place to stay. Giuseppe is a very kind man and makes wonderful cakes every morning for the breakfast table. They were very good. I appreciated Pier's welcome. La Casa di Pier is well located, with transportation and the city center at the doorstep (although a bit noisy). There is the possibility to visit without a car thanks to the many buses, even though it's not always easy to know their destination! I recommend it anyway.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the B&B La Casa di Pier during the week of Ferragosto.\n\nFrom the beginning, we really appreciated the structure.\n\nThe location is incredibly convenient, right at the beginning of the center on Corso Umberto. Parking is free and all close to the structure.\n\nRoom and bathroom always clean, with towel changes every two days. Our room also had a small balcony and a window.\n\nThe staff and the manager were always very kind and helpful.\n\nRecommended to everyone.

Julia took care of the B&B with a lot of joy and kindness! She provided us with information and offered us a sun umbrella without asking. She always worked with a smile on her face and was really welcoming. The breakfast was fine. Some may miss some cheese and cold cuts. The location is very convenient if you like having the bus stops just a few steps away. On the other side, you hear some traffic noise. But all in all, we were really happy with the location and would come back!

Great B&B with modern decor, very clean, convenient location and great value for money for Sardinia. The host, Piermario, was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the limited breakfast available, but otherwise would recommend a stay.

The B&B La Casa di Pier is very welcoming and equipped with all comforts, in a strategic location. The manager and Mrs. Marica are helpful people ready to provide useful information for the stay. The bed was made every day and the sheets and towels were changed every 2/3 days. Only suggestions: enrich the breakfast and vary it periodically to avoid monotony and pay more attention to the cleanliness of the towels.

We really enjoyed the B&B and would definitely come back. The owner was very kind, we had a nice contact with him in advance. He welcomed us at the B&B and gave us valuable tips on where to eat and the beach. The breakfast is small but abundant. A variety like cold cuts or cheese would have been nice, but everything from bread to fruit was there. Rooms were cleaned every day, fresh towels every second day. A parking lot was nearby, there is a supermarket right across the street. The pedestrian zone is very close. It's also possible to stay in the breakfast room or on the terrace outside the room. Wi-fi worked great. Only downside: sleeping with the window open was not possible, as the traffic was really loud. However, the windows seal well and it's comfortable with the air conditioning. Great starting point for the beaches. We will gladly come back.

Really nice B&B with a good quality/price ratio, given the high prices in Sardinia. Everything is really new and it was very clean. The host, Piermario, is also very friendly and helpful with his recommendations about the surroundings. There is a free covered parking with video surveillance nearby, which is very convenient if you rent a car. Only adding that the breakfast could be improved, but in general our stay was great.
