Description

La Casa di Adele, recently renovated, is a brand new Bed & Breakfast, welcoming, refined, with attention to the smallest details.

It has 3 bedrooms, each one different from the other, they are larger than the required standards and are furnished using antique and stylish furnishings along with more modern pieces:
1) La Sella, in the colors of red and orange, also has an equipped outdoor veranda for the exclusive and private use of the room itself, where smoking is allowed. Private bathroom with shower for exclusive use, outside the room.

2) Calamosca, in dove gray colors, has a large private bathroom inside with double sinks and a semicircular bathtub for two people.

3) Il Giunco, in light blue colors, with private internal bathroom, equipped with a king size shower.

Cozy breakfast area, room for common use, equipped with a large fridge and every possible comfort.

All rooms are air conditioned, heated, soundproofed and there is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

In the beds there are 25 cm Memory Foam mattresses which are able to provide effective support and adapt to any body shape by distributing the weight evenly. It supports every movement of our body and is particularly suitable for those suffering from insomnia and back pain.

It goes without saying that resting well and on a correct mattress is fundamental for each of us.

It reduces the stress that causes insomnia and improves everyday life.

Particular attention is also paid to the linen which is all in pure cotton.

I can't find anything that I might not like. From the first welcome, to the stay and the release of the property, everything was excellent. The nighttime silence, the nighttime tranquility of the other guests, and the well-managed spaces are all praiseworthy. Maintain these standards; that's the only advice I feel I can give.

Adele's house is a delightful accommodation in a somewhat peripheral neighborhood, but still well connected and close to any service. We stayed in the Cala Mosca room, beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The room is spacious and equipped with all comforts. Super abundant breakfast, I have never seen anything like it, you can have both sweet and savory and there are things of all kinds, from cookies to cakes to yogurt, not to mention toast and eggs. Virginia, the host, is very kind, friendly, and available for anything. I was sorry to stay only one night. Compliments indeed, definitely the best!

Perfect! Virginia is very helpful before the booking and during the stay. Her father takes over if needed and is very endearing. The room is clean and well equipped. The breakfast is complete and plentiful! The parking outside is easy to find and free. The sea is less than 10 minutes away and the city center as well. I highly recommend and I will return with my eyes closed!

It's a lovely room for a great price. A great ensuite bathroom with an amazing shower. It was easy for us to take the bus from the property to the heart of the city in 15 minutes (make sure to have the bus app downloaded; you can't pay on the bus). Show your passport at check-in. The host is quick to respond to WhatsApp. Free parking out front of the building. There are some steps to up to the elevator, or you can walk to the 3rd floor. It is nice clean stairwell. The room was a great value. Highly recommend it!

Gentilissima Ana, Mi dispiace per il. tuo disappunto sui materassi e sulla colazione, Molto probabilmente risentita per non averti accordato il check in anticipato, ne approfitto per descrivere meglio alcuni aspetti del mio Bed and Breakfast. Il check in alla Casa di Adele è dalle 3 Pm alle 9 Pm. La mattina è dedicata alle pulizie delle camere. Per quanto riguarda i materassi, La camera da te scelta dove hai alloggiato ha un letto matrimoniale standard dimensioni 160x190 cm... L altra camera con 2 letti singoli come da te richiesto, ha 2 materassi singoli standard 80 per 200 cm. Esattamente dimensioni normali e regolari. La colazione che dici essere scarsa è, a detta di tutti, più che abbondante e varia: Frutta fresca Yogurt, succhi di frutta, frutta secca, torta allo yogurt, crostata alla marmellata, biscotti di diverso tipo, croissant, marmellata, Nutella, miele, fette biscottate, tè, tisane, caffè, e la possibilità di prepararsi uova e toast a disposizione degli ospiti nel frigo. Però è vero, probabilmente manca solo il pane fresco di cui parli tu. Grazie per la tua recensione Virginia.

Spacious, clean room. Very large and spacious bathroom. Useful air conditioner. Life-saving and sleep-saving mosquito net. Virginia and dad are super helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I only slept in Cagliari and I don't even know if the area was close to the center... but anyway it's quiet and I parked easily. They also had umbrellas available for a nice swim at Poetto!\n\nTIPS FOR THE B&B (I allow myself to write them also having used the services of other B&Bs): \n1) I would put bedside tables near the bed (useful for placing water bottles, cell phone or tablet, books, glasses, etc.). It should be noted that there is a nice headboard behind the bed (I don't know what to call it) to place things.\n2) I would also place a small waste basket in the bathroom.\n\nB&B RATING: 8.5 ;-D

Probabilmente è per questo che non hai potuto accorgerti del cestino rifiuti a pedale in bagno in alluminio, e soprattutto apprezzare il mega tavolone in legno iroko lungo 4 metri e largo più di 30 cm posizionato proprio sulla testata del letto. Fatto a posta in sostituzione dei soliti comodini. Volendo, Sopra ci sta un intera enciclopedia Treccani. Grazie comunque dei tuoi suggerimenti, e alla prossima occasione se vorrai. Virginia.

Great Bed and Breakfast. Courtesy and cleanliness are noticeable right away. Unfortunately, we did not have the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Virginia, only spoke to her on the phone and nonetheless she was courteous and willing to satisfy every request, but we were welcomed by an exceptional and very kind person, her dad, who made us feel comfortable immediately. Very comfortable beds and quiet room. No problem with parking, easily found near the property. Breakfast more than excellent with everything needed to satisfy any preference. I can only recommend it without any hesitation.

Ma, ci spiace per il punteggio non proprio alto e adeguato per i servizi a lei offerti, quali il check in anticipato gratuito e la posizione della struttura comunque scelta da lei e ben visibile sul nostro sito e su tutti i portali. Con una tariffa di 55 euro a notte colazione inclusa per una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato nterno magari la prossima volta potrà trovare anche qualcosa di più gradevole. Very nice rooms, convenient location for the airport, Virginia (the owner) very kind and available to fulfill any request. Therefore, I would like to suggest a more “genuine” and artisanal breakfast and less standard... the packaged brioches and biscuits clash with everything else! Just two homemade cakes, some croissants and “fresh” bread would be enough to make everything perfect!

La posizione Ottima , vero, per la vicinanza con l'areoporto, Ottima perché proprio sotto , a 3 minuti a piedi ,passano i principali bus che in circa 10 minuti ti portano in centro città ..servizio utilissimo questo. .Ottima posizione perché sotto la struttura il parcheggio si trova sempre agevolmente ed è libero e gratuito H24 , 7 giorni su 7. Ti ringrazio anche per il tuo consiglio in merito alla colazione offerta tutte le mattine, che a mio avviso, per il nostro target, reputo piu' che abbondante e varia. Infatti oltre al caffè , tè, tisane, latte , Frutta fresca tutti i giorni, yogurt, succhi di frutta, Nutella, marmellata, burro, uova, possibilità di prepararsi toast, ci sono i confezionati di cui parli, di alta qualità , quali croissant, biscotti di varietà diversa, fette biscottate . Le torte fresche, i croissant e il pane fresco probabilmente potresti trovarli in strutture più grandi o, sicuramente, con altre tariffe ben diverse dalle mie. Un cordiale saluto Virginia

It is an apartment with 3 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with cooking equipment. Our room was spacious, everything was very clean and tidy. Virginia's father (the owner) welcomed us and was very kind! Breakfast awaits you in the fridge and on the table, you have plenty of choices and you can also make a sandwich. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is located 8 minutes from the airport. It's just hard to find, it's near the pharmacy. I think the location is inferior, I wouldn't go there alone in the evening.

Very beautiful structure with very friendly and hospitable owners, rooms are well taken care of in the details and for the furnishings. Abundant breakfast (just missing a bit of savory) in a very familiar environment. The area and the building are very quiet and we were able to rest in maximum silence and comfort. The structure is not located in the center of Cagliari, about 8 minutes by car (we had a rental car), so I cannot judge the urban service, the structure is also very convenient to the airport only 10 minutes by car.

We had a great time at La Casa di Adele B&B. We were greeted very kindly by the owner Virginia and her father. The room and bathroom were nice and clean, with convenient private parking. It's easy to get to the city center using the bus, with the stop very close to the B&B. When visiting Cagliari again, we will come back. Thank you!

I had a very nice stay at La Casa di Adele B&B. The room looks very nice and so is the bathroom. Good space, very clean and with air conditioning I had a really good sleep. Although there are some major roads around, you won't hear much noise inside. It is, though, quite a walk to the city centre, especially with the current heat.

I stayed at La Casa di Adele B&B, the owner Virginia is exquisite, the structure is cared for in every detail, elegant, comfortable, very clean, and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast is plentiful with brioche still warm bought at a pastry shop under the B&B. Bought from Virginia's dad, always available for everything. Exceptional welcome! I felt at home.
