It's located in the peaceful countryside of Olmedo, at Strada Sa Suerera 26, 16 km from Alghero, 10 km from Fertilia Airport, 18 km from Sassari, and 22 km from the Porto Torres ferry port.
Choosing one of our five independent mini-apartments means enjoying the freedom of a vacation home with the comforts of a modern farmhouse. Each 35-40 m2 unit has been designed to offer a rejuvenating stay just minutes from Alghero, immersed in the tranquility of our tree-lined garden.
Each apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people, thanks to a double bedroom with private bathroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Whether you're in Sardinia for a family vacation, a romantic weekend, or for business, you'll find spacious and functional spaces.
The accommodations are mini-apartments, with a residence-style kitchenette complete with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and sink, along with a set of pots and pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery, as well as everything needed for breakfast and meals. One apartment is accessible to guests with disabilities. The living rooms are equipped with a sofa bed, cribs for infants, or cots for children. All units are equipped with terrestrial and satellite TV, air conditioning, a shared laundry room and dryer for personal clothing and linens, and a spacious private veranda with a sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table. Free private parking and Wi-Fi are also available.

A very kind and helpful owner who offers nice and clean accommodations in a pleasant environment outside the city. Well-equipped kitchen. An ideal place for a larger group of people with children, because the area has a barbecue area, swings for children, an archery area, foosball. Highly recommended!

The owner of the property is very helpful and kind, the place is an oasis of peace and great for children. The outdoor area is equipped with a barbecue and some children's games. Coffee offered by the property. We spent 4 days of complete relaxation at La Barca in Secca. Highly recommended!!

The structure is located about 15 minutes from Alghero. It is a quiet and cool place, quite new and clean. The owner is kind and helpful. I really liked it and I recommend it. It has a coffee machine, coffee and tea. It also offers a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and freezer.

A beautiful place, especially for those with children. The owner even provides games, bicycles, etc., to allow children to play peacefully in the shade of the trees, while parents can relax on the hammock. I highly recommend!
