Description
My accommodation has two rooms, a single and a triple that can also be used as a single or double. They are comfortable, equipped with all amenities, and have an en-suite bathroom. I share the apartment and I am available for any needs or suggestions.

For children, I provide a cot (including bedding). Breakfast is served by me in the kitchen or on the balcony.

The B&B IS Giana is located in a convenient and quiet area of Cagliari: it is easily accessible from the port and the airport, and in a few minutes by bus you can reach the city center, the beautiful Poetto beach, and all the natural areas of Cagliari.

Smoking, using the kitchen, or consuming meals in the room is not allowed.

It is a peaceful area where you can still hear the birds singing. There are bus stops 200 meters away that will take you to the city center or the beaches in 5/7 minutes. The port is 10 minutes away and the airport is 20 minutes away, both accessible by bus. It is very close to the Molentargius Park, a wonderful natural oasis where pink flamingos live and breed, as well as the fair.

Is Giana is a cozy bed and breakfast that makes you feel at home: the breakfasts are excellent, the atmosphere is familiar, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood near the stadium is quiet (if there is no Cagliari game) and convenient for the city center with various amenities: bus, bike rental if you don't have your own means of transportation. Furthermore, A. manages with care, availability, and attention to the guests: her wonderful and delicious gluten-free margherita cake allowed me to have splendid breakfasts, without deprivation! Some available items, such as sunscreen, beach towels, or umbrella, become useful solutions for smart travelers. We thank A. for her morning smiles and for the advice on places to eat or visit, for her commitment to ensure that the guests have a good stay. We recommend it!

I stayed at this B&B for just one night but the impression was of feeling comfortably at home! The owner's super kindness, clean and cozy room equipped with air conditioning, clean bathroom with various courtesy kits, excellent breakfast!

We must thank Alessandra for her hospitality and her directions. Very clean room, equipped with all comforts, very functional bathroom. The structure is located in a convenient point with buses and in a quiet area. Absolutely recommendable.

I came to Is Giana place when I didn't have a place to stay but she was so nice to me and even picked me up by her car at the place where I stayed the night before. She has a really nice apartment between the sea of Cagliari (Poetto) and the city centre. There is a really good bus connection close to her place. She is so nice and warm, she lets you free, you feel independent and also very welcome. I told her I wanted to eat somewhere and she checked the dolmus brochure and explained to me where I could eat, I found a really good restaurant (Sardinian Style) in the city centre because of her. No tourists and just traditional Sardinian food. She told me a lot about Cagliari and the nice places to see. I went that day to a bike shop close to her home and rented a bike to go visit the city and it was so nice. Again I will surely visit her again and I recommend everyone to go to her. Clean room, good bed, air conditioning, quiet, big bathroom with all the necessary things you need.

C'est vraiment parfait. Alessandra pense à tous les détails pour notre confort et la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a serviettes de plage, parasol, parapluie. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits tout était bien. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, c'est un peu dommage d'avoir 4 jours de suite le même gâteau mais le reste aller. Merci.

Cara Carmen, mi dispiace che a fronte di servizi quali lavatrice, frigorifero, pasti in balcone (non dovuti) ma concessi dal mio essere accogliente quale è il senso di un B&B, abbia segnalato una torta Fresca durata 4 giorni in una colazione senz'altro varia e abbondante. Dovevo trovare un posto per un breve soggiorno di mio padre, possibilmente in zona tranquilla e vicino a casa mia, ho avuto una fortuna enorme a trovare Is Giana in Via Rockfeller che non solo racchiudeva quanto ricercato ma, ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo incredibile (prezzo contenuto e struttura eccezionale). Tenuto in modo impeccabile per pulizia, comodità, disponibilità e gentilezza. La proprietaria Alessandra è la miglior persona che apre le porte della Sardegna e della sua rinomata ospitalità. Mio padre non faceva altro che decantarmi la gentilezza della Signora e la pulizia della casa alla quale non manca nessun servizio e comodità. Complimenti e lo consiglio a tutti. Dott. Le cose che contano in un B&B, posizione vicina ai punti d interesse, pulizia, rapporto qualità prezzo, a soprattutto Cortesia e quella sensazione di essere a casa tua, che non ha prezzo. Is Giana ha tutto questo. La padrona è gentile e disponibile, la colazione è abbondante e ben servita, ed il letto è comodissimo! Mai dormito così bene fuori casa.
