You may cancel your booking up to 6 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Room equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, TV, and personal fridge. Private bathroom with shower, all brand new. Everything is available in the common areas, there's even a washing machine if needed! Small inner courtyard where you can sit to eat or have a drink. The structure is convenient as it is located 15 minutes from the center of Cagliari and halfway between the most beautiful beaches in the area. The name of the structure is 'Il Veliero'. Orietta is a kind owner and available for any request.

Abbiamo pernottato presso la struttura in due coppie e il nostro giudizio generale è 10 (anche 11 se fosse accettabile). L'appartamento è nuovo, stupendamente pulito e profumato e la ciliegina sulla torta di questa esperienza a Maracalagonis è stata la proprietaria, la mitica Orietta, sempre disponibile e pronta a soddisfare le nostre richieste, nonchè un eccellente tour operator sia per quanto riguarda le spiagge da visitare che deliziosi posti dove assaporare la cucina sarda. Un abbraccio da tutti noi cara Orietta.

Mancava la pulizia in camera durante il nostro soggiorno. La colazione era abbondante ma tutto preconfezionato, che personalmente non ho gradito.

Buonasera, siamo lieti che vi siate trovati bene, per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera è prevista ogni 6 giorni, mentre per la colazione purtroppo siamo obbligati (soprattutto di questi tempi) a fornire alimenti preconfezionati, comunque la ringraziamo, buona serata.

B&B trovato per caso sul web, struttura, pulizia e gestione ottima. Situato a 10 minuti da Cagliari, molto comodo per andare in città o nelle spiagge vicine (15 minuti circa in macchina). La gestione è veramente ottima, persone alla mano e molto disponibili. Lo consiglio con voto 10 per il prezzo, la pulizia, la struttura molto moderna, i servizi, la vicinanza alla città, il personale. Se avessi bisogno ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte.

Soggiorno, all'insegna della tranquillità, ambiente pulito ordinato, colazione perfetta. Attenti in ogni dettagli,gentili e disponibili i gestori un grazie a loro Nicola e Orietta. Che mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Un posto che consiglio per trascorrere veramente una vacanza tranquilla e vicinissimo alle spiagge più belle, automuniti. Per spostarsi e visitare posti e spiagge, facile da raggiungere la spiaggia del Poetto con mezzi pubblici. Consigliatissimo.

Cercavamo un Bed and Breakfast per trascorrere 10 giorni di vacanze natalizie, al Veliero abbiamo trovato un'atmosfera di casa e famiglia! Struttura attrezzata ottimamente, estrema facilità di parcheggio e zona tranquilla e servita, pulitissimo, ben arredato, rete wi-fi, riscaldamento. Voto 10 alla colazione, sempre fresca e di qualità, gentilezza e cortesia da parte dei proprietari Nicola e Orietta che ci hanno viziato anche con i dolci natalizi! Che dire: torneremo senz'altro al Veliero e lo consigliamo fortemente sia per vacanze sia per trasferte lavorative! Valentina e Simone.
