Description
Apartment located in the municipality of Villasimius, a 5-minute walk from the town center and a five-minute drive from the beaches. It consists of two double bedrooms (one of which can have the beds separated or joined), a kitchen with a small cooking area equipped with all appliances and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine, and an outdoor veranda.

The house is located on the first floor and is very convenient because it is close to many free parking spaces and very close to pizzerias, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Additionally, it is only 20 meters away from the bus stop that connects the town to Cagliari and the airport, as well as the shuttle to the beaches.
