The food and drinks that can be enjoyed in Valentina's Garden are locally sourced and strictly organic. The meat comes from animals raised with natural products and not with feed. The pasta, bread, and desserts are made with Capelli wheat flour, cultivated just a few kilometers away. The bread served at the table comes from a wood-fired oven in the village of Orroli (Kentos). Even the wine and oil are excellent products from the area, thanks to the Frantoia art.
Our rule is to serve only quality and genuine Sardinian products.
For gastronomy enthusiasts, we offer typical Sardinian cooking workshops and, upon request, also of other culinary traditions. The course duration varies from one to two days and includes teaching of characteristic Sardinian dishes, such as ricotta or potato ravioli (culurgionis), fregola (fregua), gnocchetti (malloreddus), some fish specialties, snails, and asparagus, depending on the season. In addition, there will also be lessons on the most popular island desserts, such as pardulas (Easter sweets with ricotta or fresh cheese), amaretti, almond paste sweets (buconettus or guefus), and other local specialties.

The B&B is beautiful and full of charm. We especially loved the wall paintings throughout the house. Everything was spacious, clean and cozy. Since there were seven of us, we had the living room all to ourselves, which made it feel even more like home. What really made our stay special was Ignazia herself. She is the kindest, most caring host you could wish for. Nothing was too much for her: she helped us with laundry from the previous week, made restaurant reservations at lovely local spots and shared many great tips and recommendations about the area. Her attention and care were truly exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend both the house and, above all, Ignazia herself. A place and a person worth visiting.

We stayed at this property from March 7 to 9. We were welcomed by the very kind and caring Ignazia who made us feel at home right away. We will definitely return, taking advantage of the perfect location to see a lot of archaeology and do unique nature trekking.

We recommend Il Giardino di Valentina to everyone. The owner is really capable, extremely helpful, and very kind. She made us feel at home right away. To welcome us, there were her sweet little dogs who gave us lots of cuddles. The room and the bathroom were extremely clean. We will return soon to see Mrs. Ignazia.

My family and I stayed at this property and we really enjoyed it, the place is lovely, very well-kept with beautiful roses in the garden. The rooms are really nice and spacious with every comfort. Excellent breakfast with good products and a delicious cake. I highly recommend it.

Very close to the nuragic area of Barumini. Quiet environment. Double room with comfortable and very clean private bathroom. Abundant breakfast, varied and with quality products. The lady who manages the structure is kind and extremely helpful in meeting requests and providing information. We also had a good dinner with an excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended.

The Garden of Valentina is a small and welcoming new corner of peace, well-being, tranquility, comfort and customer care. The urban center is a very small village, yet it is a strategic point in the center of many small tourist attractions both socio-cultural and gastronomic: a lot of Sardinian history, enchanted and uncontaminated valleys and hills suitable for excursions of all kinds (Barumini and its nuraghe among all, is really close). I emphasize the use of renewable energies for this structure.
And then, the management is one of the truly excellent points of this structure. Mrs. Ignazia is a highly prepared person always at your disposal, truly impressive!
