The apartment features a master bedroom, a lounge and two bathrooms, offering comfortable and well-organised spaces, ideal for couples or business trips.
Strolling through its narrow streets, you can soak up the authentic atmosphere of the ancient medieval centre. The location is ideal for visiting Cagliari’s main attractions.
The two bathrooms, one of which has a shower, complete a space that combines the authentic charm of history with contemporary comfort, offering a pleasant and sophisticated stay.
Completely renovated and tastefully furnished, it is equipped with air conditioning and a controlled mechanical ventilation system (CMV), ensuring a consistently cool, airy and healthy environment, as well as high energy efficiency. Comfort is further enhanced by a practical heated towel rail.
The apartment does not have a kitchen.
Situated on the ground floor with a separate entrance, it comprises three main rooms, with two bathrooms and a handy storage room, offering functional and well-organised spaces.
The spacious entrance hall, like all the rooms, retains a striking Sardinian brick vault, uncovered during the restoration work. The original floor has been partially preserved and complemented with elegant handmade terracotta tiles, creating a perfect balance between authenticity and functionality.
In the first room, a Punic-era cistern was discovered, originally used for collecting water and now visible in a good state of preservation: a rare feature that tells the building’s long history.
The bedroom is cosy and comfortable, characterised by a striking vaulted ceiling and embellished by two imposing arches made of sedimentary stone.
The third room is a space dedicated to relaxation, reading, music and working on the computer, where another ancient cistern of undetermined date has been unearthed, further evidence of the building’s historical value.
The flat has two bathrooms, one of which has a shower.
It is equipped with two air conditioning units and a controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV) system, ensuring a constantly well-ventilated, healthy environment with excellent thermal efficiency. There is also a handy heated towel rail for added daily comfort.
The property does not have a kitchen, but its central location makes it easy to choose from numerous restaurants and traditional eateries in the immediate vicinity.
