Description
The B&B I Viaggi di Ki is located in the historic center, just a few meters from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach. Situated in a strategic position, in a quiet but central area, close to all the main services, it was completely renovated in May 2016.

The 5 rooms, furnished in a simple and modern style, have all been recently renovated. There are two connecting rooms on the ground floor, one on the first floor, and two connecting rooms on the second floor, all equipped with a spacious private veranda.

All rooms have a private bathroom, hairdryer, safety deposit box, air conditioning, and minibar.

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Ottima struttura, 500mt dal centro, parcheggio libero adiacente, pulito e confortevole, nuovissimi gli arredi, ideale anche per le famiglie, accoglienza eccezionale un ringraziamento particolare a Mariapaola, consigliato.

Die Bilder zur Unterkunft im Internet entsprechen exakt dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Das ganze Haus wurde offenbar erst kürzlich renoviert: bequemes Bett, tolles Bad, Terassen, um abends noch draußen zu sitzen. Jetzt Anfang Juni keinerlei abendlicher Lärm, herrliche Ruhe. Zimmer und Bad werden täglich tip-top gereinigt: ganz toll ! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in fünf Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Santa Teresa di Gallura. Die tollen Strände sind entweder zu Fuß (Stadtstrand) oder in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar Das Finden eines Parkplatzes war nie ein Problem. Für das Frühstück gibt es Coupons für die Central Bar. Man kann sich vier Dinge aussuchen: Kaffee, Capuccino etc., Croissant, belegtes Brötchen, Wasserflasche. Die angebotenen Speisen sind gut, aber der Service in der Bar ist richtig schlecht: a) Es gibt einen jungen deutschsprechenden Kellner, der sehr bemüht ist, aber von einer älteren Kellnerin gemaßregelt wird. b) Die ältere Kellnerin lässt die Frühstücksgäste von Viaggi di Ki am nächsten Tag dann gerne mal 20 Minuten warten, bevor sie sie zur Kenntnis nimmt. Ich könnte auch sagen: sie hat uns mehrfach bewusst ignoriert. Der junge deutschsprachige Kellner entschuldigt sich, dass er auf Geheiß seiner Kollegin uns nicht bedienen darf. c) Zwar wird alles, was man bestellt, exakt aufgeschrieben, aber dann geht es los: statt zwei Capuccini wird nur einer geliefert. zwei Croissant mit Schokolade werden bestellt; "Oh, es gibt nur noch eins". Als Ersatz wird ein Croissant mit Crema bestellt. Geliefert wird dann ein Croissant mit Marmelade. Zwei Tramezzino werden bestellt. Geliefert wird nur eins. Das zweite wird nachbestellt, gebracht wird ein ganz anderes. Wasser wird bestellt und erst auf zweimaliges Nachfragen gebracht. Ganz ehrlich: Service ist etwas anderes.
