The B&B "I Colori di Chia" offers rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge, wifi, and some rooms have a sea view terrace.

The rooms are located on a floor exclusively reserved for B&B guests.

The breakfast room is located on the ground floor.

The B&B is located on a raised hill, in a quiet area, one kilometer away from the beautiful beaches of Chia.

Within a few hundred meters, there are four restaurants/pizzerias and a supermarket.

Free parking is available for guests.

We stayed for a week. Irma is very kind and ready to solve any problem that may arise. She is available to provide information about the area. Cleanliness was excellent. She tried every day to vary our breakfast with something different.

The room is very beautiful, spacious and very clean, with a terrace equipped with armchairs and a small table. The lady Irma is very kind with precious advice.

My room was clean, the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the window faces a hill and therefore the room is very dark and has no view. Sufficient for sleeping.

Kind and helpful the owner. Ideal location to reach the most beautiful beaches, not even 2 km from the nearest one. Parking available. Essential room, but equipped with air conditioning and a small refrigerator. I would recommend equipping the rooms with a small TV. Simple and adequate breakfast. Recommended.

Great location, bars, market and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The room we stayed in has a large terrace with a view of Chia and the Chia tower, equipped with all comforts. Excellent cleanliness, but the added value of the structure is Mrs. Irma, always very kind and helpful. I recommend it.

I stayed a few days in this Bed and Breakfast. The location of the property is excellent, not far from the main and beautiful beaches of the area. The cleanliness and breakfast were excellent. Good value for money. Mrs. Irma, who runs it, is a very helpful and hospitable person. I recommend it if you are in this area to enjoy a holiday in complete relaxation.

Logistically convenient structure (close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the best beaches just a few hundred meters away), in a very quiet and peaceful area. Possibility to leave the car (we were on a motorcycle) in the courtyard below, not covered but still safe. The owner is an extremely kind lady and very helpful for any need. Definitely recommended also considering the excellent quality/price ratio for the area.

My family and I had a great time at 'I Colori di Chia' for the quality of services, the professionalism of the manager, Mrs. Irma, very kind, giver of excellent advice on what to see in the area and beyond, for the location of the Bed and Breakfast, very close to the main and most beautiful beaches of Chia and for the breakfast, rich, varied and very well taken care of. Finally, our room had a terrace overlooking the sea, what more can I say? Maybe we'll meet again even in winter, why not?

The property is in an excellent location that allows easy access to the best restaurants and pizzerias in the area even with short walks. The parking is private and located within the gate of the structure itself. The rooms, accessed by an external staircase, are bright, spacious, and functional, equipped with air conditioning and a small refrigerator; the same goes for the bathroom. Mrs. Irma welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, providing us with valuable information on beaches and restaurants. Breakfast is served directly by the hostess. The only small downside: the absence of a TV. Definitely recommendable.
