This two-room apartment is located in Agrustos, in the quiet Ludduì area, a hilltop hamlet of Budoni, in a panoramic position with splendid sea views. The apartment is part of a residence of terraced houses and, being on a corner, offers greater privacy and an unobstructed view of the surrounding landscape. It is the perfect solution for those seeking a relaxing holiday, immersed in nature and far from the noise.
The interiors are spacious and welcoming: there are two bedrooms, both with double beds, one with a bathroom, a kitchen with a panoramic window, and a living room with a double sofa bed, thus accommodating up to six guests. The two-room apartment also includes a bathroom, a balcony, and a garden with sea views, perfectly equipped for al fresco dining with a table, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, two TVs, a refrigerator, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a safe. Two private parking spaces are also available. The location is ideal for just a few minutes' reach of the area's most beautiful beaches: Agrustos (2. 5 km), Porto Ottiolu and Budoni (3. 5 km), La Cinta in San Teodoro (10 km), and Li Impostu (16 km).
All major amenities, such as supermarkets, restaurants, tobacconists, and nightclubs, are nearby, as well as various leisure activities, including a go-kart track and a horseback riding center with beach excursions. Olbia's port and airport are approximately 38 km away. Pets are not allowed.

The accommodation is equipped with all comforts, very clean and welcoming. It is located on a hill and in the evening it is very pleasant, as it is ventilated. There is a large terrace with a view where you can relax after a day at the beach. The owners are very kind and welcoming people. I had a great time and hope to come back soon as there are many places to visit in the area!
