Il Guscio 2 offers two cozy apartments situated in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by greenery and designed for those looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday without sacrificing the convenience of nearby services.

Guests can choose between a practical two-room apartment, perfect for accommodating up to four people with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, or a more spacious three-room apartment that can host up to five guests, featuring a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and an additional sofa bed.

Both options come with a complete bathroom, functional and bright spaces, and a well-equipped balcony, ideal for starting the day with breakfast outdoors or enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation. There is also a shared washing machine available for the guests of both apartments.

The location is one of the property's strong points: the city center and main services are easily accessible on foot, while the secluded setting ensures tranquility and quietness. This makes it particularly suitable for families, couples, and small groups who wish to stay together while enjoying comfort and independence.

We stayed at Apartment Guscio 2 and felt very comfortable. Stefania is a delightful person, with whom we immediately connected. She was always helpful and gave us excellent suggestions to discover the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius and to taste the local cuisine, pointing us to really interesting restaurants in the center and nearby. The apartment is in a very convenient area for reaching the center and is well equipped and functional. The furnishings and the bathroom are a bit dated and the mattresses, in our opinion, could be replaced to make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a property we recommend, especially with a few small improvements that could make it even more pleasant.

Apartment in an excellent location: a 5-minute walk from the center and a 2-minute drive to three supermarkets. The nearest beaches are 10 minutes away. We stayed there for 10 days. The size is adequate, but the layout and furniture are all old; it really needs renovation given the price we paid. Inside the accommodation many items are missing, such as tablecloths, dish towels and kitchen utensils. The bathroom drain barely works, but at least every room has working air conditioning. Be careful with parking because many maneuvers are required. The terrace is very nice and has a beautiful view. I would like to say kind words about Stefania who welcomed us: she was super kind and helpful, with excellent advice.
