Description

We are located in the Marina di Torregrande, just 150 meters from the beach and in the center of the town. Sun, sea, relaxation, and lots of fun! We have two accommodation facilities: Al Mare Guesthouse and Acquamarina Guesthouse. The facilities are located in the Marina di Torregrande, 150 meters from the beach, in the center of the town.

Our facilities are brand new, built with hospitality in mind. The rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, luggage rack, and safe; some rooms have a furnished balcony, others a small veranda.

The facilities are in a strategic location that allows you to reach other beaches along the Sinis coast, important archaeological sites, protected natural areas, and the city of Oristano in just a few minutes.

The Marina di Torregrande, especially in the summer, is a festive and lively resort, very popular and a destination for holidaymakers.

The beach, with a stretch of about 3 km, is well-equipped with kiosks, children's entertainment games, sports facilities for playing tennis, and various beach sports.

The sea is ideal for water sports.

The tree-lined promenade, adjacent to the beach, is animated by events, live music, shows, discotheques, competitions, festivals, and much more.

We offer ideal accommodation for those who want to spend a holiday in complete relaxation without having to drive, as well as for those who want to discover the beauty of the area by traveling short distances.

The rules of the guesthouses prohibit the provision of food. However, Acquamarina and Al Mare guesthouses are located near bars, restaurants, and pizzerias with a sea view, where guests can enjoy their meals and the beautiful scenery.

My wife and I stayed from August 24th to 30th. The property is very welcoming; the room and the bathroom are very large and clean, with a small terrace where we had breakfast in the morning. The location is very close to the center and the beach, both easily reachable. Parking for the car is also very easy to find and free. Mrs. Chiara was very kind and attentive.

Host is lovely. Spotlessly clean, towels changed twice a week & bed linen once a week. We thought we'd be able to make breakfast, tea, coffee etc in the kitchenette which was described as for our private use. In fact it was the only outside type space directly onto the room by sliding open 2 huge windows but couldn't be used as a kitchen as there was no kettle, crockery, pots/pans etc. additional cost of €20 per night for its use. Cheaper for 2 of us to go to the cafe ☕️. Location is great for the beach and the main restaurant & cafes. No views to be had though as the property is hemmed in on fairly narrow one way streets. The veranda off the communal seating area faced the street. All in all it served a purpose for us as we were in the area to watch our son play football for the Cerebral Palsy Scotland National team in the Euros which took place close by in Oristano. Good value for money. Thank you.

Very clean and welcoming structure in the center of Torre Grande, a few meters from the sea. The property of the same immediately made us feel at home, giving us some tips on what to see and where to eat. The only flaw is the mosquitoes, to be reviewed!

Neat room in a nice and super clean house. We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the Mediterranean garden. Also, the beach is only 2 minutes away by walking from the house. Last but not least, Chiara is a very nice and helpful host.

For those who want to spend a few days on vacation in the Oristano area, I highly recommend staying at this B&B. Excellent structure, good location to move around different areas, especially to visit the most beautiful beaches. Excellent availability from the staff, always kind and reachable for any problem. Finally, most importantly, excellent cleanliness in all the interiors and exteriors of the structure. I hope to be able to come back soon.
