Hello everyone, my name is Giancarlo. I'm married with two children, a dog, a cat, and seven beehives. I'm not exactly sure how many bees there are, counting them is quite complex.
Since 2007, my wife Antonella and the rest of our family have been passionate about hospitality. In fact, since June 2007, we have opened our home to the world by creating the Gaulos B&B.
Describing the host is very limiting. When it comes to hosting someone in your own home, as in our case, it's no longer something personal, but it becomes a project, a life path that must be shared with the rest of the family, including grandparents, and often with friends.
Since 2018, we have decided to organize our country estate, the Gaulos Country Houses, for rural hospitality. If you would like to be a guest in our home, we can talk about the most beautiful places to visit on the island, local foods and wines, bees, medicinal plants, and much more. But we can also sit in silence and observe our beautiful starry sky.

Very welcoming property immersed in nature, with a nice outdoor communal area(including friendly mascot cats in the garden). The host Giancarlo definitely makes a difference in making the stay pleasant.

Location suitable for those, like us, who were looking for quiet and informal settings in contact with nature, away from urban centers. Excellent location for moving around the entire island. Quiet area, immersed in greenery and rich in paths with beautiful views. Accommodation in accordance with what was declared by the owner, accurate cleaning. The manager is always available and friendly. His suggestions on routes, restaurants, and other things were useful to us.

A comfortable and quiet accommodation, where you can find much more than just a place to stay: a real home. Equipped with internal parking, it is located along one of the main connecting roads that allows you to reach every point of the island. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary supplies, very spacious and functional. The bathroom is small and windowless, but nothing is missing. Cleanliness is a strong point of the apartment. Giancarlo is a kind and helpful host. We had a great time.

The house reserved for us (Calipso) is very large with 2 double bedrooms and a room with 2 beds. In 4 of us were extremely comfortable. The house is delivered very clean and in excellent condition, it has everything and everything works perfectly. The location is very good as it is close to the main bays/beaches of Sant'Antioco. It is outside the town but only 10 minutes by car from the center. In return, you can enjoy a stunning sky. There is a large barbecue for enthusiasts like me. And what about Giancarlo... simply fantastic. Very polite, never intrusive, always present if needed. I highly recommend this location.
