Description

The pleasant rustic Free Zone in a country village was born in July 2013, located in Annunziata at the foot of Monte dei Sette Fratelli (natural park). Castiadas was founded in the late 1800s as a penal colony then in 1950 with the agrarian reform becomes an agricultural country. In creating this Bed and Breakfast I thought to make all guests feel at home, the cleanliness of the house, the hospitality, and the hearty breakfast was one of the priorities. The large garden with lounges and garden beds for a perfect relaxation both during the day and in the cool evenings with the background music under the stars in this oasis of serenity. The Free Zone just 10 km from the beautiful Costa Rei beach and the various beaches with transparent water for a dream holiday in Sardinia.

Pleasure my name is Efisio I'm the owner of the Free Zone Bed and Breakfast and welcome to my house I hope to make you feel at home and always available to advise you about the best beaches and services in the area.

I created the B&B Free Zone in the family home in this tranquil countryside village where silence is broken by the chirping birds, a pleasant rustic countryside with ample internal parking and a large garden with gazebo and sofas plus garden loungers and table Ping pong, music under the gazebo will take you company. The comfortably and comfortably furnished living room with tv and a computer for exclusive use, the simple and practical rooms with private bathroom and showers with whirlpool, daily room cleaning and linen change every three days are included in the price. The breakfast room..the most important place to start the day, as in our nation's laws all products are mono dose and packed, abundant and wide choice of quality..espresso coffee, cappuccino, the are prepared at the moment on request. WIFI free unlimited.

We had a very pleasant stay, especially the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with fresh fruit and yogurt. However, I would change the brand of the snack cakes, not the best.

My first business trip with my little furry friend, great judgment both for the welcome and for the owner's availability. Abundant breakfast and pleasant company. We stayed as a couple for four nights at Efisio's place, where he and his sweet and playful kittens and dog welcomed us very hospitably! Located in the countryside (guaranteed relaxation), ideal for reaching all the beaches in the area within 12-15 minutes with your own vehicle, including Costa Rei and a few more kilometers to Villasimius. Spacious bedroom, spacious and comfortable bathroom with a hydromassage shower. We slept very well, super comfortable bed, air conditioning if needed; no mosquito net in the room but no mosquito disturbed our sleep. Cozy garden patio with music and sofas! Well-prepared breakfast with fresh fruit! Thank you for everything Efisio. Also for the excellent orange liqueur you offered us.
