The hospitality of a B&B with hotel services, you will stay in a brand new structure 60 meters from the Bastione Saint Remì, the center of Cagliari in one of the streets of the shopping and nightlife of Cagliari.
All the rooms are equipped with all the comforts, mini bar, smart TV connected to the internet, free wifi, very large bathrooms, automated room lighting adjustment, electronic badge access to the rooms and to the Eva B&B.
Cleaning with daily bath towels change.
We will serve a splendid breakfast buffet from 08: 00 to 09: 30 hours.
Access to the B&B is possible at any time thanks to a home automation system and electronic keys, so if you arrive late at night no problem.

Modern, clean, and comfortable structure. Breakfast is average with both sweet and savory options. Very helpful and friendly host. The highlight of the property is its location (practically at the foot of Bastione di Saint Remy, on the border between the Villanova, Castello, and Marina neighborhoods), allowing you to explore the entire historic center on foot. Would come back!

We have already stayed twice at this property, which we recommend for its excellent central location and attentive and helpful staff. The cleanliness is also remarkable. The breakfast is very basic, nothing special.

The structure is well done. The location is great, breakfast is average. We found the rooms clean on arrival, but the care during the stay left something to be desired.
