Struttura a due passi dal centro storico, posizione strategica, Sebastiano eccellente interlocutore e disponibile. Camera non ampissima, ma per due persone era assolutamente soddisfacente. Per motivi di Covid non servono colazione, ma c'e disponibilità illimitata di bevande calde e fredde. Non parliamo di lusso, ma di una struttura più che adeguata per le nostre esigenze. Noi ci siamo stati 7 notti e siamo stati benone.

Soggiorno di 5 notti, ottima disponibilità del gestore, stanza completa di ogni arredo e dimensioni adeguate così come il bagno (cieco ma con aspirazione) nb: la stanza ha due finestre a vasistas che danno su un corridoio di ingresso quindi in pratica luce e aerazione naturale assenti, presente aria condizionata. Ottima posizione per utilizzare i bus urbani per le spiagge (Mugoni, Bombarde, Lazzaretto) e da e per l'aeroporto da via Catalogna, così come per andare ad Alghero centro (10/15min a piedi).

I gestori sono stati molto gentili e pieni di consigli sui posti dove mangiare e da visitare. Erano sempre pronti a offrire un caffè, un bicchiere d'acqua, un succo, un frutto. La struttura in una bella posizione: a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro con possibilità parcheggio in strada su strisce non a pagamento. Non è stata fatta una ricevuta dei soldi in contanti consegnati per il pagamento pattuito. La colazione era inclusa nel trattamento, ma era al bar, dove si doveva pagare di tasca propria con uno sconto del 10%. La colazione in casa non era prevista causa covid. Il condizionatore veniva acceso secondo le loro regole, non in autonomia. Un pomeriggio eravamo stanchi e molto accaldati e siamo rientrati purtroppo in una stanza molto calda. La pulizia della camera non prevista e fatta forzatamente, forse per controllare la stanza. La scusa è stata che al mattino non aveva avuto tempo e quindi voleva farle al pomeriggio. Restati 3 giorni, questa è stata l'unica pulizia fatta.

Che dire..Alle 11 di notte ci siamo trovati all'improvviso a dover cercare dove dormire, con due bimbe piccole che ormai erano stanche e spazientite. Il signor Sebastiano, pur essendo fuori sede, ha fatto in modo che potessimo riposare in questo splendido paradiso.
La Signora Vittoria poi è stata squisita e molto gentile (nonostante la sveglia in piena notte).
Per chi dovesse trovarsi ad Alghero ed avesse bisogno di un posticino carino, tranquillo e super pulito, questo è il posto giusto.
Fornito di ogni confort e di qualsiasi ben di Dio per la colazione e non solo.

Una nota eccellente e data dalla simpatia efficenza solerzia con cui Sebastiano e maria accolgono gli ospiti. elevata pulizia e tranquillità permettono insieme all'abbondante disponibolità cibo e bevande presso la cucina. inoltre ho avuto
tantissime informazioni su quanto offre Alghero sconti in convenzione in diversi locali, difficile trovare di meglio.

In realtà avevo prenotato una stanza doppia e una singola ognuna con bagno privato; in realtà ci è stata assegnato un appartamento situato nelle vicinanze. Sistemazione buona, ma un po' scomoda visto che la colazione veniva servita nella sede centrale del B&B.

Posizione centralissima, B&B pulito, curato, colazione ottima con dolci vari, succhi di frutta, yogurt, ottimo caffè, frutta e pane freschi ogni giorno.. ma soprattutto Sebastiano super! simpaticissimo ed estremamente disponibile!
