Good place to stay overnight and also for longer stays. Unfortunately there is no breakfast, but there is a café nearby where breakfast is served. Of course you can also make it yourself, a kitchen is available, but we did not have time for that. The bed and the bathroom are in great condition.

Inoltre non abbiamo una cucina, infatti non viene menzionata mai nelle descrizioni. , quindi non è assolutamente possibile cucinare. È presente invece una piccola zona attrezzata per il caffè o il the che noi forniamo agli ospiti a titolo gratuito insieme a delle brioches industriali e l'acqua. Ho voluto precisare tutti questi punti affinché chi legge abbia una corretta informazione. I was very happy with my stay. The host, Maria Giovanna, was gracious and accommodating. The room was spacious and I appreciated the air conditioning. There is also a lovely garden to enjoy. The location was perfect for exploring Olbia, with lots of cafes and restaurants and the sea just a short walk away. I would recommend this place to anyone and would be thrilled to come back and stay here again.

The accommodation is highly recommended! The check-in went smoothly and Maria warmly welcomed us. Maria was very friendly and gave us plenty of tips on what to do in the area and where to eat best. Parking for the car is a 5-minute walk away and partially paid. Coffee was freely available to us, which we appreciated. We really liked the small garden with table and chairs. We had a private bathroom right next to our room. This was accessible from the hallway. Thank you very much for the lovely stay with you.

Unfortunately, for me, this experience was a 3 out of 10. The property is beautiful and clean, BUT the service fell short when I requested a 30-euro refund for the following reasons, and then when Maria suddenly struggled with speaking English: there was a power outage three hours after my arrival. It seems I had used too many outlets with a phone charger, and the circuit breaker tripped. After some communication, I was able to reset the switch at the electrical panel, and at that point, I was quite satisfied.
The noise from the owners upstairs was a bit annoying, with vacuuming or laundry being done until 9:30 p.m. While not ideal, I understand that people need to go about their daily lives.
However, at 9 a.m., when I was desperate to take a shower before a 250 km journey, there was no hot water. I messaged Maria, and to be fair, she responded promptly and did her best to resolve the issue, but by then, it was too late for me. I was already dressed, with makeup on, and left the house at 11:30. The hot water came back at 11.
The 30 euros should have been refunded without question when your property's services do not meet the booking standards.
Maria, please refrain from accusing your guests of having a "threatening tone," especially when it is far from the truth. Kindness and fairness make a big difference. I have traveled extensively in my 57 years, and I hate to complain, but I gave you fair notice when I didn’t feel heard.

Anne, il tono minaccioso è lì dentro, nel senso di questa frase, unita alla richiesta di un rimborso. Certo che mi hai avvisata, mi hai scritto "aspettati una recensione più tardi" per me questa è la conseguenza per non aver ottenuto il rimborso, è lì la minaccia o la punizione, chiamala come vuoi. Le recensioni hanno la funzione di mettere in luce problemi e aspetti positivi o negativi "reali" delle Strutture e sono utili per chi legge e per la Struttura stessa che in questo modo può correggere eventuali manchevolezze. Certamente questa non è per noi una recensione costruttiva in quanto descrive problemi inesistenti, dettati solo da una problematica del momento. Forse non ti sei resa conto, ma proprio mentre tu alloggiavi e anche il giorno prima, abbiamo avuto dei grossi nubifragi ad Olbia e in tutta la Gallura con conseguenti gravi disagi e black out in tutta la città. La corrente elettrica e la conseguente alimentazione del boiler dell'acqua calda sono andate in down più volte, a causa dell'interrutore Salvavita che scattava andando in protezione, ma il tutto è stato ripristinato sempre prontamente. Certamente non siamo dei Superman per risolvere o cercare di impedire degli eventi climatici che portano a tali conseguenze, ma di sicuro confidiamo sempre nella comprensione dei nostri Ospiti, nelle rare occasioni in cui questo può accadere. In riferimento ai tempi del ripristino dell'acqua calda, voglio puntualizzare che il primo messaggio per la segnalazione lo hai inviato alle 10:21 e alle 10:50 ti ho comunicato che il problema era risolto, quindi in soli 30 minuti , Inoltre, perchè mi hai comunicato del problema solo alle 10:21 ? in recensione hai scritto " alle 9 quando ero disperata per fare una doccia" .........potevi scrivermi in quel momento e tutto si sarebbe risolto prima! E che cosa pensare poi della tua insistenza nel dire di non avere ancora acqua calda neanche dopo il ripristino? Siamo dovuti intervenire noi, aprire i rubinetti e dimostrarti che l'acqua calda c'era!!!! e dopo solo mezz'ora dalla tua segnalazione!!!! A wonderful stay at Domo Janas – we did not want to leave! We had originally planned to spend only two nights at Domo Janas, but we liked it so much that we spontaneously decided to extend our stay by two more days. This was definitely the best decision we could make! The location of the accommodation is simply unbeatable – very central yet quiet. Public transport is within walking distance, which made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and its sights. The area is also safe and clean, so we always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful hostess. She is an incredibly warm and caring person who made us feel more than just guests. From the first greeting to the last moment of our stay, she was there for us with advice and assistance, giving us valuable tips for excursions and doing everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Her hospitality made our stay something truly special. Domo Janas is not just an accommodation, but a little gem that we can highly recommend to anyone looking for a central, clean, and inviting place to stay. We will definitely return! My experience here was great. The host Maria was very nice and communicative. She sent messages to check in and ensure everything was okay. The location is super nice as well. It is easy to access with a city bus from the airport and it is a quick walk to the city center.

We stayed in this accommodation for a week. Everything was impeccable! María, the host, is one of the kindest people I have ever met, she has always helped us with everything, from recommendations for beaches to places to have dinner, and she got it right every time! Regarding the facilities, everything was perfect and very clean. It includes breakfast and has a very adorable garden where we could have coffee. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking from all kinds of restaurants and shops. In my opinion, this accommodation could not be better! I highly recommend it and would return without hesitation during my next stay in Olbia. I loved this place and its hosts deserve a special mention, they are super warm and attentive.

Perfect stay, the accommodation is on a quiet street but a step away from the main street of Olbia. It is a pity not to meet the owner in person, as she was very kind to us through the mobile phone to make everything perfect. The room for three is perfect and everything is very clean. Very nice and cozy place. Downside is the price, but in Olbia you can't really find anything cheaper. The room (janas) was clean and bed was comfortable. The window overlooks the road but there are not many cars or people passing by. The garden is very cute and coffee and water are available in the kitchen. The host is super nice and welcoming.
