Domo Anghèleda is an elegant, independent vacation home nestled in the peaceful countryside of Alghero, just 10 minutes from the historic center and a stone's throw from the picturesque sunsets of the small harbor and Calabona. Surrounded by a large private green area enhanced by a citrus orchard and fragrant with typical aromatic plants (myrtle, rosemary, dwarf palm, lavender, helichrysum, santolina, and mastic tree), the property is an oasis of total privacy and relaxation, ideal for couples, families, and professionals looking for a smart working solution in Sardinia.

The property is perfect for those traveling by car, offering convenient, free, and secure private parking inside the grounds, and features high-performance fast Wi-Fi suitable for professional video calls.

The house is a bright open space of approximately 50 square meters, designed with a top-tier functional layout:
Sleeping Area: Features a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with a 26 cm orthopedic mattress made of 4 layers of Memory Foam and WaterFoam, a 1600 pocket-spring system, and an additional 5 cm memory foam topper for superior rest. The room is completed by a three-door wardrobe with a chest of drawers, inverter air conditioning, and a 50" Smart TV with Netflix. Bed linen, pillows, and quilts are provided free of charge.

Living Area: Furnished in a modern style, it features two sofas that can easily be converted into French double beds (each with a standard mattress and an additional 7 cm memory foam topper). The living area also offers inverter air conditioning, a 65" Smart TV with satellite decoder and Netflix, and an eco-friendly pellet stove to keep you warm during winter stays.

Kitchen Area: Functional and fully equipped with a dining table and four chairs, a modular kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stovetop, single-bowl sink, static electric oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Small appliances (microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender) and a complete set of tableware and cutlery are included.

Bathroom: An elegant marine-style bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower (116x100 cm), professional hair dryer, set of towels, bath mats, and a complete complimentary toiletries kit.

Outdoor Spaces and Comforts:
The exterior of Domo Anghèleda is a fully equipped, true green paradise. Guests have access to two furnished terraces for dining and relaxing in the shade, an exclusive relaxation area with two sun loungers for maximum privacy, a built-in barbecue, and a convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal upon returning from the southwest coast beaches. To help you travel light, we also provide beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels free of charge.

Useful Information and Property Rules:
Mobility: Due to the strategic and quiet countryside location, a car is strongly recommended to move around freely and easily reach the beaches.

Smart Working: Stable and fast Wi-Fi connection throughout the property.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Times are strict to guarantee rigorous sanitization and cleaning of the house (please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance).

City Tax: Not included in the rate, to be paid in cash at check-in in accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Alghero.

Policies: The property is not equipped to host pets. We kindly ask guests to respect the quiet of the natural surroundings and to leave the kitchenette tidy upon departure.
