Simply fantastic. Perfect vacation in a wonderful place and the comfort of your own home. New and well-furnished rooms and bathrooms. In calming colors. The house is located in a beautiful garden just steps from the Cinta and a walk from the center. Daniela, the owner, is fantastic. Always available for her guests. Abundant breakfasts with a rich variety of choices. Mia, the house dog, welcomes you from the very first day with particular enthusiasm. We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast in July 2023. The Bed and Breakfast is completely renovated and the beauty and tranquility of the place are indescribable. The rooms are very nice, clean, and extremely quiet, with a beautiful garden. Breakfast includes delicious cakes prepared by Daniela.\n\nThe Bed and Breakfast is located a few meters from La Cinta beach, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. These are just some of the many qualities of this property.\n\nThere are no words to describe the kindness and professionalism of Daniela, the owner. She is simply fantastic, one of those people you rarely meet in life.\n\nIn addition to the beautiful location of the Bed and Breakfast and the fantastic Daniela, we must thank Giovanni, Lucia, and little Giulia. The legend says that in this area there is one of the smallest existing kingdoms: the island of Tavolara! I found another one on the mainland and a stone's throw from a splendid sea... the B&B Daniela. A small kingdom with a great queen, Daniela precisely, the owner. The first thing you notice is the good taste in the garden details. Welcomed with extreme kindness and in the blink of an eye you are treated like one of the family: just what you need to start a vacation. The brand new room with all the comforts, a super bathroom with an exceptional shower box, soft and fragrant towels. And then breakfast... everything! Basically, you arrive weighing 50kg and leave weighing 52! I really recommend it to everyone. Thank you dear Daniela for managing to make me feel good with your genuine kindness!

I should write the review because in this case it is a due act, but it bothers me to inform the readers about this place. Here we found ourselves without knowing it and without imagining it at the family's seaside house. Where the daily routine with all its attachments is left at home in the city and is replaced by moments of lightness, happiness, and carefreeness, thanks to the complicity of the lovely people met during these beautiful summer days. We have just left for the return journey and we can't wait for another 365 days to meet them again. Attention, I am not talking about friendships created at the beach or during an excursion or in a downtown venue but I am talking about Daniela and the beautiful friendship created with her and thanks to her with other customers of her B&B and with her family. She lives for what she does and remains completely available to the customer 20/24 h (and she shouldn't) in her part of the property excluded from the B&B activity where customers spontaneously feel attracted to her persona's orbit and linger to chat with her. The photos of the previous reviews do not do justice to the state of the places. They are now renovated and provided with comforts not indicated on the portals. We pointed this out to the host and she didn't care about it because she doesn't need to procure customers at will... the 'corporate mission' is happiness, the serenity of those who choose it, so she will update everything when she feels like it. The breakfast is too exaggerated, too varied with the daily surprise always awaited by everyone. The sea and what a sea it is just around the corner... so I'm sorry but as the title says I didn't want to write this review because you should not choose this B&B for your holidays in July because I have to go there with my wife and daughter so alternatively I recommend Padru/Ovilo area.

We stayed at the B&B Daniela with our two daughters aged 2 and 4, who immediately fell in love with the place and the wonderful host! They even bothered Daniela a bit but she, with her care and kindness, made us spend 10 beautiful days. The accommodation is in a strategic position: close to the sea and the center of San Teodoro, but at the same time in a street where silence reigns supreme at night. We will definitely come back!

The location is perfect both for going to the beach and for taking a walk in the center. The structure is truly relaxing. Daniela then is a truly exquisite person.

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from the wonderful Cinta beach and 4 steps from the center. Easily reachable with a shuttle from Olbia airport. Hospitality described with a smile and a desire to meet the guests' needs, not only at breakfast but in general. Daniela is very lovable. I almost regret giving it good publicity because I would jealously keep the secret of having found this place suitable for my vacation needs in nature, tranquility, and sobriety. Thank you Daniela.

We stayed at this fantastic B&B in San Teodoro for 11 days. The location is great! 100 m from La Cinta beach, 5 minutes walk from the center, the beach bus stop, and a market. Daniela, the owner, made us feel at home right away, helped us with many little things that together make all the difference. She provided us with anything we needed like shampoo, shower gel, umbrellas, and a cool bag. Outside the B&B there is the possibility to take a hot outdoor shower and there is a BBQ available for the guests. Overall it was a wonderful vacation, we can't wait for next year to contact her again and come back. Thank you Daniela ♥️

B&B with excellent location, close to the belt, downtown, bus stop and a market, all easily reachable on foot. Small B&B with a lovely well-maintained garden with a wonderful breakfast area and great relaxation area. Breakfast with a wide choice, fresh homemade products alternated with various types of snacks. The garden also offers the possibility to use an outdoor shower which is very convenient and to make use of a fridge and beach umbrellas. Daniela, the owner, expresses all her passion by taking her guests to heart and trying to improve the B&B year after year. Together with her family, she welcomed us with great hospitality and kindness, took care of us and we felt at home right away.

We stayed 5 nights at B&B Daniela and we couldn't have made a better choice. The rooms, as well as the bathroom, were well equipped and had everything needed for a short stay. The place is very clean and welcoming, especially thanks to the atmosphere of the garden and patio, which have deckchairs and tables for chatting or just relaxing outside the rooms. The breakfast corner is also well organized, very varied and able to meet every request thanks to the fresh cakes or brioche we found every day. But what we take home from this experience is the beautiful relationship that was established with Daniela, who was available at any time and gave us really many tips to experience the beaches, the center and the Sardinian excursions at their best. With her we chatted, laughed and overcame some personal obstacles that arose during the holiday, and I think that's what convinced us to choose the B&B for another possible stay. Thanks, a hug.

I spent five nights and six days at Daniela's place (from August 3 to August 8, 2021) and I bring home a wonderful experience, both in terms of the location and the welcome. The room, well furnished and clean, has a bathroom just across the hallway, equipped with a shower and all the necessary amenities (including a hairdryer). The facility also has an outdoor shower in the garden, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the sea. La Cinta di San Teodoro, just a two-minute walk away, and the town center, located ten minutes on foot, make the location of the B&B highly strategic. The breakfast, varied and stocked with fresh products (cakes and croissants among others), is served in the garden and can be comfortably enjoyed at tables equipped with respective umbrellas. Daniela, the owner, welcomes with a smile and with that softness typical of an Italian mother, just right enveloping. She is very helpful for any type of request and also for a chat she never holds back. Personally, I think she is the added value of the facility, in addition to the location, since her availability went well beyond the strictly necessary: Daniela in fact helped me and my friends in a moment of difficulty, from which we managed to make the most. Price adequate for the location and comfort of the facility. For all the elements written, I would certainly reconsider another overnight stay at the facility.

Beautiful villa with well-kept garden close to Spiaggia della Cinta and 10 minutes from the center but in a quiet location, it's great for resting. In the garden, there is also a practical refreshing shower for any time of the day. Daniela, the owner, is really kind and helpful; she does her best to satisfy the customers' requests! It's true, as I read in other reviews, that there is no air conditioning, but there is a comfortable and programmable fan! So, for us, it was a great holiday!

We stayed here the first week of September and had a great time. The beautiful completely renovated cottage and the flower garden are both very well-kept. Excellent and rich abundant buffet breakfast under the portico. The room was very small but new and spotless. Located a few steps from La Cinta, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, and about ten minutes from the restaurants and bars in the center. What about the owner.. always attentive, kind and helpful. Well done Daniela, congratulations! For me and for Susanna, full marks, until next time!

We spent 5 nights at B&B Daniela where we were very well welcomed and pampered for 5 days. I particularly appreciated her attention in preparing a slightly salty breakfast just for me: =) Thank you Daniela. The terrace is very pleasant for lunch. The garden, the outdoor shower, the parking right in front of the villa and free, the beach 300 m on foot, the lively center of San Teodoro (September) 10 minutes on foot. The only downside: we found the room a bit small for 2, and being sensitive to noise, we were a bit disturbed by the doors opening and closing of the tourists staying on the same floor as us. I spent 5 days at B&B Daniela and felt at home. Both the atmosphere that Daniela creates and the structure provide the right warmth of a welcoming and functional accommodation, not cold like a hotel. Also, the location is enviable, just a 5-minute walk from the walls and still close to the center. Thanks to the Beach bus, it's possible to visit the area even without a car, which is rare to find in Sardinia. Daniela is always very present and helpful but at the same time discreet. I recommend visiting her.

Just returned from a wonderful 10-day holiday in Sardinia in San Teodoro. We stayed at the B&B Daniela, which turned out to be a little corner of paradise. The location first and foremost is perfect, being only 200 meters from the beautiful La Cinta beach, in a residential and quiet corner of San Teodoro, and at the same time only a 10-minute walk from the center. The B&B, superbly managed by Daniela, is equipped with every comfort, with various solutions for couples and families: our room was on the ground floor with a small bedroom with a shower room, intimate for a couple, very cool and well isolated. Outside there is a large garden with a patio and an outdoor shower much appreciated especially after hot returns from the sea. Excellent and varied breakfast. But what really makes the holiday unforgettable is Daniela's expert direction, who with her sympathy, discretion, and positivity makes you feel at home, but with a spectacular sea just steps away.\n\nI recommend this delightful B&B to anyone looking to spend a holiday in one of the most beautiful places in the world.\n\nA heartfelt thank you.\n\nMassimo & Daniela.

We stayed at B&B Daniela for 10 nights, 11 days. Daniela was top: very helpful and friendly. Top location: 5 minutes walk from La Cinta beach, 15 minutes walk from the center of San Teodoro, ideal for avoiding parking stress for dinner and if like us you intend to split the day between the beach (usually in the morning we toured around while in the afternoon we walked to La Cinta). Beautiful structure with the added bonus of the outdoor shower in the garden and the veranda with a canopy and sun loungers. Wifi works very well throughout the structure. Breakfast offers a wide choice of snacks, biscuits, yogurt and juices. Every morning there was something fresh like croissants or cakes/donuts. Of course, coffee, milk but no cappuccino. The room (ground floor) is a bit small, but new with ensuite bathroom. The only downside is the absence of air conditioning and on very hot days (we had a couple in 11 days) at lunch and at night the heat can be felt. During the day you can compensate by staying on the veranda but at night, even with the windows open, we suffered from the heat a couple of nights. Overall, a nice stay and excellent value for money.

We have recently returned from a holiday in Sardinia, experienced at the B&B Daniela, which filled our eyes and hearts with emotions: in the morning the chirping of birds woke us gently, we left our room and were welcomed, in the patio of a beautiful villa, recently renovated, by Daniela who delighted us with a tasty breakfast, rich in many delicacies and colors. Daniela welcomed us into her beautiful home, always making us feel at home, her smile, her warmth, her discretion, her humanity make this bed and breakfast a special place, which caresses the soul. Furthermore, just a 2-minute walk away, you reach La Cinta beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. What can I say, if you go to San Teodoro you cannot not stay here. Congratulations also to the sweetness of Giulia and Mia. In short, we would already like to go back there. Thank you Daniela for everything and of everything.

Good morning everyone, I spent 3 days on vacation in San Teodoro, a fantastic place. Completing my wonderful stay was the hospitality of Mrs. Daniela, who with her professionalism and sweetness welcomed me making me feel at home. Excellent breakfast that gave me the right energy to face the day. I already miss her attentions, I hope to come back soon. Highly recommended B&B Daniela.

A week in Sardinia. Damn, who knows how expensive it will be. After booking flights from Bari to Olbia, the search for a place to stay remained. I found this lovely B&B, 150 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, really. We had a great time. The B&B consists of two rooms: a double with a bathroom inside and a double/triple with a bathroom outside the room but for exclusive use. We stayed in the second one and we had a great time, even pampered with a bowl of various candies. The tireless Daniela overwhelmed us with her attentions, she made us feel truly at home. Clean, tidy, attention to detail with a small kitchen available equipped with everything (and in any case, if we needed anything, there was her, Daniela, who came to our rescue). Then the bathroom works perfectly with a shower with a beautiful jet. Not to mention the garden with a wonderful multicolored bougainvillea. Breakfast in the garden with a table full of all kinds of cookies, snacks, jams, Nutella, fruit juices, water, and always, I mean always, a fresh cake made by her and milk, coffee, tea. In short, abundant and varied. In the garden, there is also a fabulous hot shower when coming back from the sea and finally the barbecue where we had fun roasting. Then Daniela recommended us the most beautiful places to visit, and the boat trip to visit the Gulf of Orosei was unforgettable. The price of the B&B was really fair and allowed us to visit the wonderful Sardinia. I will definitely come back to this corner of paradise.

The location of B&B Daniela is ideal: a quiet area away from traffic, the center of S. Teodoro reachable in 10 minutes on foot, the beach of La Cinta at 100 meters. The house is well equipped, spacious and clean room and bathroom, the kitchenette dedicated to the B&B area is a nice convenience. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and last but not least, Daniela welcomed us with warmth and friendliness, providing advice and suggestions for choosing beaches, for excursion opportunities (do not miss the boat tour of Tavolara) and restaurants for dinner. We had a great time and clearly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit this corner of Sardinia.

The B&B Daniela is conveniently located both for reaching the sea (La Cinta Beach 5 minutes on foot) and for going to the center of San Teodoro (10 minutes on foot), the rooms are clean and equipped with the necessary comforts for a seaside holiday. Daniela is really nice and friendly, always present but never intrusive. She delighted us with her company and the tables she set for breakfast are truly a spectacle, meticulously curated. On top of that, we were lucky to meet another couple of vacationers who were also very nice, and the laughter was not lacking. Definitely recommend and return, we have never been so comfortable!

B&B Daniela has all the desired requirements for us who prefer to spend our holidays in B&Bs, namely an excellent and quiet structure to relax and enjoy the breaks between the beach and dinners in the village. A hearty breakfast that also lasts almost until the afternoon aperitif and a owner available to answer and fulfill any request. I also want to emphasize the availability that Daniela has shown in experimenting with milk-free cakes and pies because my wife is intolerant. And of course, a person like her succeeds in everything and we have therefore obtained really abundant and healthy breakfasts. A big compliment also goes to the grandmother, or rather the mother of Daniela, who with her wisdom has brightened our days!

If it is true that life is made of moments, do not miss this one. Here is Sardinia. In this crystal-clear water, in this moonlit sand, in the depths of little Giulia's eyes, in the loving care of Daniela. A fantastic stay.

Great location, strategic for touring the north of Sardinia and also for relaxing in the fantastic sea of Cinta. Daniela's hospitality is exceptional, you feel at home. Highly recommended.

I had a great time at this B&B, very close to the sea which can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The B&B is lovely, just like the owner Daniela and her husband. The rooms are very spacious and welcoming. The town center is very close, and it can be easily reached on foot. The breakfast is plentiful, and every day Daniela prepared a different dessert. I highly recommend this B&B, the best one I used during my motorcycle trip in Sardinia. Daniela, the owner, is a very kind person and the structure is beautiful. The best and richest breakfast I have had the pleasure of enjoying. Please note that Via Lu Rattali has no signs, so it is preferable to call once nearby. I do not give a full score only for two aspects: the shared bathroom between the two rooms and the lack of directions to get to the B&B. Otherwise, excellent place.
