The B&B Da-Tore is a comfortable environment suitable for tourists on vacation and people with work needs who are looking for a central place to stay with a good value for money that satisfies all their needs.
I would like to point out that for obvious reasons, the facility is not available to city residents.
Located in a residential area near the center of Nuoro and its main services, the apartment on the third floor is bright, panoramic, and comfortable.
There are three rooms available for a total of 5 beds, 1 shared bathroom for all guests, a spacious living room with shared television, and a kitchenette exclusively for breakfast service.
Pets are not allowed in the facility, nor are children under 12 years old.
The facility is equipped with independent gas heating and free wifi.
I would like to emphasize that in the morning, my B&B will welcome its customers with delicious and abundant breakfasts with a rich menu, where the manager's assistance and friendliness in serving it and satisfying your every need will certainly not be lacking.
The facility may not be available as it is closed for holidays on annual festive days such as: All Saints' Day, Christmas and St. Stephen's Day, New Year's Day and Epiphany, Easter and Easter Monday, Liberation Day, and May 1st. I have always believed that providing hospitality to people is something that must be done with a spirit of courtesy and professionalism. Welcoming people who seek accommodation for both short and long stays requires great attention, not only in terms of providing a bed to sleep in and serving breakfast in the morning.
It is necessary to establish a relationship that allows both parties to enter a familiar atmosphere, which entails temporary coexistence with other guests and making everyone feel at home, while of course respecting common courtesy rules that all my guests have always respected and honored until now.
My greatest satisfaction is when the customer appreciates the convenience of the services offered by my establishment, and not just for the sake of profit.
I will always strive to maintain a good standard of quality-price ratio so that if a customer needs to stay with me, they will always find an environment capable of meeting their needs.
