Description

Our guest house is located about 15 minutes by car from the sea (or about 25 minutes by bus), at the foot of Colle di Castello in a quiet location close to the heart of the historic center of the city. Travelers staying with us will be able to immerse themselves in the quiet of numerous parks and gardens in the surrounding area and easily reach the Poetto beach by bus (the bus stop is less than 100 meters away!). Near us it will also be possible to find monuments, places of interest and the main museums of the city. The structure is equipped with an access system with codes, it is possible to enter your room in complete autonomy and at any time after the check-in opening hours. There are 3 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning / heat pump, mosquito nets on the windows, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer drawer, Chromecast TV and wifi connection.

All rooms are furnished with wardrobe, table + 2 chairs, mirror, bed 160x190x25; in each bathroom you will find a hairdryer, face/shower towels, shampoo and shower gel. The entire apartment was renovated in April 2023.

The strengths of this guesthouse are the value for money and the kindness of the host. Don't expect a palace, of course. It's perfect for visiting the center of Cagliari; if you enjoy walking, you can reach the Marina on foot.

The room is nice. The design and furnishings are a bit cold. Having stayed alone, everything was adequate. There are some practical defects, such as the environment that is difficult to heat, and I would change the structure of the bed. In terms of transport, I found myself really well and it was close to the places I was interested in.

The structure is functional and well served by services and restaurants. It is central and not too far from the airport and the university. The rooms are very clean and functional, equipped with the necessary amenities, very spacious with a large bathroom and shower.

Very spacious room, equipped with a double bed, a 2-door wardrobe, a minibar, a microwave, and a nice table for 4 people. The only drawbacks are the lack of a kettle for making tea/herbal teas (although it is possible to use the microwave), the hallway light that remains on continuously, and the inability to access the small terrace.

We were good. Clean and comfortable to move around. Only regret the window blocked as there are air conditioners, boilers, etc. In short, safety issues. But it was to let air in... I don't like the closed window. Besides, thanks to Giacomo who allowed us to enter the room and settle without any additional cost before check-in. Thank you, thank you!
