Description

Located in San Teodoro, 5 km from La Cinta beach, the Coro e Bentu Rooms & View offers six elegant rooms with private bathroom, five of them have a beautiful sea view. The facility also offers a shared lounge, a large garden, private verandas or terraces in each room and free private parking, external for cars, internal and fenced for motorbikes. The property was built in 2022 and is 2, 3 and 4 km from the beaches of Lu Impostu, Puntaldia and Cala Brandinchi respectively.

The rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a desk, a safe, a fridge, a kettle, a hairdryer and a private bathroom with a shower. The rooms feature free WiFi, free parking and free luggage storage.

You can go snorkeling and cycling in and around San Teodoro. Upon request, we offer excursions by sea and land and car, scooter and bike rental. Possibility of pick-up service to and from the airport and port of Olbia and Golfo Aranci for a fee, subject to adequate advance payment.

We inform our kind customers that the internal and external common areas are equipped with a video surveillance system.

The Coro e Bentu Rooms & View is located in the upper part of the hamlet of Lu Fraili, just 2. 9 km from Lu Impostu beach and 650 meters from the market, bar/tobacconist, delicatessen and stops of the main urban and extra-urban bus lines. Its hilly position makes the structure panoramic and ventilated and the guests' stay quiet and relaxing, thanks also to the total absence of public places and busy roads in the immediate vicinity. The location of the structure turns out to be strategic, as well as for its proximity to the most famous beaches of the San Teodoro Riviera, also for its proximity to the city of Olbia (the airport is 21 km away, the port is 24 km away) and to the center of San Teodoro, which is just 7. 5 km away.

The bathroom lacks a bidet. We are not in France. The decor is a bit shabby, like in a motel. Uneven dirt road to reach the B&B.

I stayed at Coro e Bentu Rooms & View for a few days this summer. I had read many great reviews about this place, so I was excited, but when I arrived, the B&B exceeded my expectations. I stayed in two separate rooms, both of which were very clean. I loved the courtyard and the location of the property, as it was peaceful and tranquil. All the staff, and Desiree, were welcoming, and communication from the host was excellent. Desiree was always quick to respond and provided clear instructions for everything. She also gave great recommendations for local beaches, restaurants, and things to do. Check-in was a breeze! Parking was not an issue either, with plenty of space available in the lot in front of the B&B. I felt the price was very reasonable for the quality and location. It was convenient being just a few minutes away from a general store with a deli market (perfect for getting a sandwich for the beach!). I had no issues during my stay and would 100% return when I visit Sardinia again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway near beautiful beaches.

Brand new and very clean structure, manager and staff very helpful. The only downside is that to have a minimal breakfast you have to reach a affiliated bar by car.

Strategic location near the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, surrounded by nature, cozy rooms with a veranda overlooking the sea, thorough cleaning. The only drawback is the slightly inconvenient parking. Excellent reception, thank you for everything Desiree.
