The design of the property

Description

The company is located 500 meters from the sea, famous for the transparency and colors of the water; near the splendid beaches of Porto Tramatzu, Chia, Tueredda, Cala Zafferano and Dune Bianche.

Immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, it is 4 kilometers from the town and a few minutes drive from the new tourist port; and from the beautiful panoramic coastal road, about 30 km completely free from building speculation.

It is possible to reach the farmhouse by passing on the brand new ecological asphalted cycle path that starts from the village of Teulada and reaches the tourist port of Teulada (the road that passes in front of the structure can also be traveled by car or camper)
The structure has a swimming pool, offers hospitality in self-contained air-conditioned mini-lodgings in masonry (third and fourth bed added € 15. 00 per person per night, children up to 3 years of age stay free).

Inside the lodgings there are works of art by the best Sardinian painters and sculptors of the 20th century.

Agri-camping in tent or camper months June and September € 12. 00, July € 15. 00, August € 16. 00 per person, children up to 12 years 50% discount. (children up to 3 years free).

Set in the middle of nature, this agriturismo is run by Paulo Pietro and Massimo, who are warm and very helpful hosts. It was a wonderful place for three days to explore the southern coast of Sardinia.

The structure is immersed in nature, an excellent location for the place where it is located. The cleanliness is more than good. The structure is based on tranquility, and this is a plus point for me and my family. My daughter had fun, there is a small pool and trampolines. For those who want, there is a nice barbecue for customers who want to grill. The nearest beach is a 5-minute drive away, the markers are a 10-minute drive away. I recommend it. The structure is family-run and they are decent people.

This structure is for those who love nature as well as cats and donkeys. The structure is surrounded by Mediterranean bushes, prickly pears, and meadows. A nice and adequate pool with sun loungers next to banana trees and beautiful flowers to enjoy the tranquility of the place. The rooms are spartan but more than sufficient for those who love simplicity and adequate comfort. Large bathroom with shower and well-equipped kitchenette. I also used the barbecue, perfect. I have been there several times and the hospitality and kindness of Mr. Paolo Fenu have never faltered over the years. The same goes for Massimo and Ten. I will definitely return to enjoy the wonderful beaches and the tranquility away from any stressful paths of mass tourism.

They give me the keys and show me the room, everything is off including the fridge and the water heater. You know that guests are arriving, don't you want to turn it on a couple of hours before? The result is cold water and a warm fridge. We are invited to take an outdoor shower away from the room. But why? Dust everywhere, hardly any water in the bidet. It feels like going back to the Middle Ages. The structure acts as a campsite, with electric cables and water pipes everywhere, and even in plain sight. The car park is uncomfortable because there is not enough light from it to the room and don't forget to slalom between cables and pipes. 120 euros! I am not going back, you can try if you want.

We stayed in a mini apartment consisting of a bedroom with kitchen and a spacious bathroom, along with a beautiful shaded veranda. The property also provides services for ordering meals to be delivered. The managers are friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy the pool area with sun loungers and communal barbecues. The location is in a very quiet area, just a short distance from the beaches of Teulada, which can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Truly a pleasant discovery. I stayed with my wife and my nine-year-old son in a really nice small masonry studio, equipped with everything you need, including a kitchenette to enjoy a pleasant stay in this small agriturismo, which also has a charming swimming pool. What can I say, the owner Massimo goes above and beyond to make sure you lack for nothing and to advise you on nearby beaches affiliated with the property for parking fees or for possible excursions or places to eat. And then his massages, which my wife greatly appreciated. Hoping to find a spot next year as well, I can only recommend this magnificent place immersed in nature.

The location is good, beautiful spots in the south are very easy to reach. However, the apartments are in a terrible state. Broken kitchens, dirty dishes, too small mattresses in the bunk beds, cleaning supplies that are in the shower. It is simply very rundown, and then the same price regardless of which apartment you get. The camping site is okay. The pool is nice. The manager walks around acting important and makes jokes at the expense of the holidaymakers. I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Nice little campsite with apartments and pool. The apartments (No.1 & 2) are a bit dated and could use a new coat of paint and some smaller and also larger repair works. We would visit the campsite again. But then with our own camper. The owner is very nice.

A note on the minimal room amenities: few towels, also missing the hairdryer and the ladder for the bunk bed, no TV inside the rooms (which can make sense, just needed to know in advance). Otherwise, all very nice, great location on a bike path, surrounded by nature, swimming pool, very helpful owners. Farmhouse adorned with colorful and unique plants.

The owners Pietro and his son Massimo were very helpful and available for every request and advice, a fabulous location to relax after days at the sea or engaging in the various activities in the area. I recommend it to all nature and relaxation lovers... not recommended for party and nightlife enthusiasts!

A little paradise! The structure I was looking for! The ideal place for a holiday immersed in nature, peace, beauty, and tranquillity, with the comfort of always present but discreet assistance. Beautiful family-run agriturismo/campsite, very well-kept and immersed in greenery near the port of Teulada. The accommodations are simple but clean, all equipped with a small patio in front of the rooms. The setting is truly relaxing, and you immediately feel 'at home'. Mr. Fenu is a helpful and efficient host in solving small practical issues encountered during the stay.

From the location of Chia a scenic road begins, and, curve after curve, you arrive in Teulada. We travel on a white road immersed in the Mediterranean scrub rich in colors and scents. Suddenly a blue gate appears and two people await us smiling. After the first greetings, they accompany us to the accommodation reserved for us, the visual impact was breathtaking, it seemed to be in Eden: flowers of all kinds, tropical plants, prickly pears, aloe, oleanders, eucalyptus, pomegranates, figs, grapes, a blooming banana tree with banana clusters, geraniums, bougainvillea, etc. Let's not forget about the animals: wild Sardinian horses, Sardinian donkeys, cats of every breed and color that accompanied us throughout the vacation. The accommodation in its simplicity was welcoming, neat, and with ample spaces, overlooking a veranda surrounded by flowers. The owners were very helpful and recommended itineraries and beaches to visit, all unspoiled and spectacular places thanks to their love and respect for the territory. We sincerely thank Mr. Paolo and Franca, Massimo and Ten for welcoming us as part of a great family. It was a wonderful vacation, so in May, during the blooming of the broom, we will be their guests again. Marina and Donatella.
