The Nerea Vacation House is located in the wonderful region of Southern Sardinia, precisely in the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena, just 5 minutes away from the Poetto promenade. This enchanting beach stretches for a remarkable 9 kilometers, offering beautiful white sand and the opportunity to admire the Molentargius Natural Park, famous for its elegant pink flamingos!
The villa has an independent entrance, with convenient parking in front of the gate and a video surveillance system to ensure your safety. Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the last one with a single bed (with the possibility of adding an additional bed or crib).
The living area features a spacious and welcoming lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable table for up to 8 seats. Additionally, there are two comfortable bathrooms, both with showers. To complete it all, you can enjoy a large courtyard with a barbecue and a relaxation area, with comfortable armchairs and a small table, perfect for outdoor dinners and aperitifs!
The Nerea Vacation House is equipped with all the necessary comforts to make your stay unforgettable. The entire property is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi connection, a smart TV, and essential appliances such as a dishwasher (for a fully relaxed holiday) and mosquito nets to ensure peaceful nights. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price!
The surrounding area is well-served by various public transport lines, supermarkets, tobacco shops, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and pharmacies, offering everything you may need during your stay.

With a passion for tourism in my heart, I studied at a tourist high school but unfortunately work took me away from this sector, until 2 years ago, when my father and I took over a house from an inheritance and transformed it into a B&B (VILLA BLUE PARADISE B&B).
Given the success, this year my husband and I decided to invest and opened our first holiday home.
We do everything to ensure that our guests have everything to fully enjoy their holiday in Sardinia, always attentive to cleanliness (bed linen and towels disinfected in the laundry, environments always sanitized and scented), ready to give advice on beaches, cuisine, history of the city of Cagliari ??.

Along the coast you can easily reach the beach and tourist port of Capitana (which offers many services such as boat and dinghy rental), “Mari Pintau”, Torre delle Stelle and other splendid beaches in just a few minutes! By crossing the "SS 125 Orientale Sarda" road you can easily reach the wonder of Costa Rei in about 30' (and visit "Lo Scoglio di Peppino"), or opt for the lively Villasimius and its summer walk, with the wonderful beaches of Porto Giunco, Simius and Punta Molentis.
