Our bed and breakfast is located a short distance from the sea in an area rich in historical, architectural, and cultural landmarks, in a picturesque and peaceful location, in the heart of the city's historic center. "Casa Saba" is a historic building where past and present blend in a unique mix to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.

Our guests will have the opportunity to admire local craftsmanship products and participate in cultural events and exhibitions. Just a few steps from our property, guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions.

Our bed and breakfast is the perfect place for families who want to find in their accommodation the comforts of their own home, for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment, for those who want to rest and rejuvenate.

We offer our clients private bathrooms in each room, free Wi-Fi connection, heated rooms, the possibility to return at any time of the night, a lovely garden, and a spacious terrace.

The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with hairdryers, internet access, a crib (upon request), TV, mirror and luggage rack, and minibar.

You can also bring your four-legged friends with you during the trip. Our property is also accessible for people with disabilities.

Orosei is nestled in the valley of the Cedrino River, located 2 km away from the sea (Marina di Orosei) on the eastern coast of Sardinia.

Its territory includes a 15 km coastal stretch where beaches (Marina di Orosei, Su Barone, Osala, Cala Ginepro, Sas Linnas Siccas, Sa Curcurica, Biderosa) and steep cliffs overlooking the Gulf of Orosei alternate.

The Olbia airport and port are approximately a 1-hour drive away.

Orosei serves as an excellent base for excursions inland (the nuragic village of Tiscali, the Su Gorroppu gorge, the murals of Orgosolo).

The property is located in the historic center of Orosei, and all amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants, churches and monuments, viewpoint) are easily accessible on foot. The cycling path starts just 30 meters from the property, as well as the charming embankment of the Cedrino River, closed to car traffic, which can be reached by bike in 5 minutes and leads to the beach of Marina di Orosei.

The place was clean, but very basic, and honestly, it stank like a damp cellar, probably because our two-room apartment was essentially a (converted) damp cellar. We were also expecting a breakfast since the listing clearly states 'breakfast included', but this was definitely not the case. I found this detail strange, so in the morning I asked another guest where breakfast would be served, but she said she didn't receive any breakfast during her stay either. We had to go and pay for pastries ourselves. I found this extremely disappointing as pictures of beautiful pastries were posted on the property profile, which was probably the main reason why I booked here. There weren't even a few coffee pods included with the coffee maker, or a bottle of water in the fridge, nothing. I really don't like giving negative reviews, but in this case, I felt really misled, mainly because all the other reviews (falsely) gave us a very positive impression.

Lei ha prenotato una tariffa senza colazione inclusa, come può vedere dalla sua prenotazione che allego. Glielo avrei mostrato direttamente, se anziché chiedere agli ospiti presenti ne avesse parlato con me, dato che abbiamo parlato al check in e al mattino. Le avrei anche mostrato la sala dove era presente la macchina per prepararsi il caffè e the in autonomia. E, by the way, l'appartamento dove avete soggiornato per una notte, non è una cantina riconvertita. Magari avrei potuto parlarle anche del progetto di ristrutturazione e recupero dell'edificio storico dove ha soggiornato, se me ne avesse dato la possibilità. Cordialmente Valeria

We were hosted by Valeria and Sara, two really hospitable and friendly people. The structure is in the center but very quiet, beautiful the internal space in the courtyard where a plentiful and varied breakfast is served. The rooms are simple and clean, very welcoming and equipped with everything you need. There is no parking but we always found a place for the car nearby. Great value for money. We definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Orosei.

Room full of charm combining authenticity and modernity with its superb newly renovated private bathroom. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was very plentiful. The entire establishment was full of charm, typical of Sardinia. Valeria and her daughter are charming hosts and welcomed us very well. Not always easy to park close to the accommodation, but other than that everything was perfect. Casa Saba exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend it!

The property is located in the center and it's easy to go out for a walk in the evening. The rooms are extremely clean and the bathroom is new and clean. The panoramic terrace is amazing, but the most beautiful thing was the kindness of the host, the welcome given to our dog Lucio, and the breakfast with artisanal products. You couldn't ask for more, it was like a fairy tale. It's a pity we could only stay for one night. We will definitely come back.

Cozy structure with a sociable and helpful owner. The room and the bathroom are very clean, spacious, functional, and also equipped with a refrigerator. The breakfast is varied and abundant, with homemade products, and is served in a pleasant internal courtyard. The only drawback is the on-street parking, which may not always be easy.

Even though we only stayed one night, we appreciated Valeria's attention in managing her B&B. The rooms were well-kept, there was tranquility, and the breakfast was good. Breakfast is rich and varied, including exquisite cakes made daily. Absolute hygiene, a factor not to be overlooked in the time of covid. A flaw? Being in the historic center, it has no sea view... but what are we talking about? Highly recommended.

I stayed at this property from July 30 to August 4 on a holiday to visit the Ogliastra area, which was unknown to me despite living in Sardinia. The b&b has been completely renovated but retains elements of great charm belonging to Sardinian architecture of the early 1900s. It is strategically located and the bed and breakfast formula with breakfast included allows you to enjoy plenty of genuine products expertly prepared by the hostess. The quality/price ratio is excellent and the precision and kindness of the hostess prompted me to recommend the property without hesitation. I will definitely come back.

Nice structure, obtained from a recently renovated building and furnished simply but tastefully. Perfect cleanliness, nice and functional bathroom. The presence of a refrigerator in the room is absolutely appreciated when staying in the summer months. Rich and abundant breakfasts served by the owner, Valeria, a attentive, friendly, and helpful person. The only downside is the lack of private parking. Since the structure is located in the center of Orosei, it is not easy to find nearby parking.

B&B molto curato, proprietaria gentile e disponibile, colazione anche con dolci casalinghi (ma se preferite il salato, basta dirlo!). La posizione è perfetta perché tranquilla e a due passi dal centro storico di Orosei, che è stupendo, e offre numerose proposte per la cena e il dopocena (anche qualche locale per i giovani). L'unica pecca è non avere il posto auto riservato, ma, essendoci stati in media stagione, non abbiamo comunque avuto problemi per trovare parcheggio in strada. Consigliato!

A parte la difficoltà iniziale di trovare la struttura nelle vie a senso unico nel centro, l'ingresso ti accoglie con uno spazioso e luminoso patio all'interno di una corte ristrutturata di recente. la conduzione famigliare fa capire fin da subito che non ci sono dubbi sullo staff. le camere pulite e ben spaziose sono poste al piano terra e al primo piano. ognuna con bagno privato con tutti i comfort. il punto di forza è sicuramente la colazione che oltre ad essere abbondante è di ottima qualità con croissant e torte fatte in casa che ad ogni giorno cambiano. viaggiando in moto il posteggio era di fronte al B&B ma c'era la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno del patio in posizione coperta. Consiglio la struttura soprattutto a coppie in viaggio e che vogliono essere coccolati durante la vacanza.

Casa Saba diventa la tua casa: confortevole, attrezzata, pulita, ben gestita insomma, non manca nulla! I padroni di casa sono veramente carini e non fanno mancare nulla. La consiglio a tutti, soprattutto alle famiglie. Luca.

Ho sempre considerato le recensioni una perdita di tempo, ma questa volta non posso esimermi dal lasciare la mia opinione sul breve ma gradevolissimo soggiorno trascorso al B&B Casa Saba, poche chiacchiere: eccellente! Garbo, cortesia, pulizia e perché no una struttura completamente rinnovata con gusto architettonico, dove nulla è superfluo ma ogni oggetto, ogni volume ha un chiaro ed autentico perché. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Ci si sente veramente a casa! Ambienti completamente ristrutturati e confortevoli. Posizione centrale rispetto al paese ed ottimale per effettuare escursioni sia verso il Golfo di Orosei che verso nord (da non perdere Bidderosa!). Che dire poi dei padroni di casa e della loro prole? Squisiti, genuini e di qualità come la colazione che ogni mattina ti servono nella corte! Complimenti.
