Description
Welcome to the world of Casa Magar, where we are delighted to meet you and host you for a wonderful summer.
Casa Magar, where dreams come to life. Picture yourself sitting in the evening under a starry sky, surrounded by myrtle bushes, rosemary, and a lemon tree, while dinner is being prepared on the barbecue. Sip on a refreshing Vermentino and let your thoughts drift to beautiful things.
The house can accommodate up to 5 people: two in a double bedroom, two in the living room, and one in the "bow" room.
The house includes:
- A double bedroom
- A living room with a sofa bed or two single beds
- A triangular room with a large bed and private bathroom
- A bathroom
- A spacious kitchen
- A courtyard with a barbecue area
Every space in Casa Magar is a dream come true.
The double bedroom:
Large and spacious, cozy and inviting, with its wooden ceiling and a window overlooking the lemon tree, it is a place where sweet dreams can unfold.
The living room:
The living area is simple and comfortable, featuring a corner sofa bed for snuggling, a lamp with soft lighting, a heater for winter, and a TV that can be turned off so you can read a book or chat. The sofa bed is very comfortable for two adults.
The "Bow Room":
This triangular room features a large bed and resembles the bow of a sailboat.. but anchored in calm waters! It has direct access to a small bathroom.
The kitchen:
The tiled design in the kitchen is one of the home's gems, showcasing its historic cement tiles. Not sure what cement tiles are? They are crafted from fine powders of marble, cement, and natural oxides. We have carefully selected each one, all salvaged from ancient Sardinian homes. Imagine the stories they could tell.. and now they are here together, each with its unique pattern and history, adding color and joy to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and utensils. You can use the kettle for breakfast.
The bathroom:
It features a convenient shower, and if you prefer, you can also shower outdoors.
The courtyard:
Upon entering the courtyard, you feel as if you have stepped into a magical, intimate, and welcoming place. You can cook your food on the barbecue and dine outside at a comfortable wrought iron and glass table. To enhance the flavors of your dishes, you can use rosemary, myrtle, or bay leaves from the garden, or pick a lemon directly from the tree.

Hello, I'm Manuela, originally from Rome, and I've been living in Sardinia with my family since 2011. We spent four years sailing around some of the most beautiful places in the world, but for us, nothing compares to Sardinia, which is why we chose to move here.

Area city center
This charming town is located in the historic center of Pula in southern Sardinia. Nora Beach is reachable by bike or a short 20-minute walk. Therefore, you can park your car in the private courtyard and forget about it.
However, if you want to explore the south, you will find beautiful beaches such as Chia, Tuerredda, Teulada Bay, Porto Pino with its sand dunes, and the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro just a few dozen kilometers away.
The south is not just beaches, as you can also take beautiful mountain walks through holm oaks, myrtles, and lentisks. Additionally, for those who love sports, there are activities such as sailing, diving, trekking, climbing, canyoning, golf, and cycling.
Regarding food, Sardinian specialties are an experience to savor. They are rich dishes with local products and traditional recipes.

Casa Magar is much more than just accommodation: it is a hidden gem in the streets of downtown Pula. When you open the small gate, you discover a sophisticated environment equipped with all comforts but with an artistic soul. The beautiful and practical internal Mediterranean courtyard with a shower that we loved is fantastic. The private parking in the city center is fantastic. The host is very helpful and reserved, and knowing the area well, she can provide many tips on how to make the most of your vacation: there is a guide in the house that she wrote with rich proposals and useful information.
