Perfect structure near the center, about 15 minutes walk, close to 2 Eurospin and Coop supermarkets and some restaurants. The house was very clean, the owners very kind and helpful, there was practically nothing missing, there were so many things that it felt like being at our home. If we were to come back, it will be our first choice and we will recommend it to everyone. Greetings to Fabio and his wife and to your wonderful land, Sardinia.

Small apartment in the outskirts of Villasimius. Casa Fabieddu is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host is courteous and helpful. All the beaches are easily reachable. Proximity to various supermarkets and services. More than good value for money.

Very nice and cozy house with a small veranda. What can I say? In terms of structure, there is really everything, bathroom and bed set, microwave oven, washing machine, dishes (excellent), umbrella and beach towels (great for those arriving by plane!), coffee machine with pods. I take this opportunity to thank Fabio for the advice during the stay.

We had a great time. In Casa Fabieddu there is everything you need. The house is quiet with free parking on the street or in the nearby streets. I recommend it.

Fabio was very kind to us, made himself available for any of our needs. The apartment is in a very quiet residential area, close to supermarkets and the center of Villasimius. Fabio and wife, two very friendly people. We stayed for a week with 4 people, apartment equipped with everything you may need (beach towels, umbrellas, coffee machine, microwave). Convenient to the most beautiful beaches in the south.

Apartment equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, fan, towels, beach towels, and umbrella. Terrace where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. Very close to two supermarkets and the town center reachable in ten minutes on foot. Public parking always available in the middle of August. Recommended!

The apartment is located on the first and only floor of a terraced house. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by the owner Fabio, who was very kind and discreet. After showing us the house, at our request, he pointed out the beaches and restaurants that he believed were worth visiting. Advice that we fortunately followed. Perfect restaurants and beaches. The house has everything you need and even things you don't need, but it really has everything and everything is well maintained. The umbrella was also very useful, especially for those arriving by plane and avoiding having to buy one, also provided are towels and beach towels. The bed sheets are changed weekly. I had read a review that mentioned the bed (the frame) was dated, I mentioned this to Fabio over the phone, and he bought a new frame. The living room/kitchen area has a TV and air conditioning, while the bedroom has a fan. To reach the beach, a car is necessary, but we chose a house not close to the sea to have quality at a fair price. In Sardinia, the holiday is itinerant, you go around to discover the various coves. I consider it important to emphasize that I spent the holidays at a time when many neighboring and nearby houses were not rented out, since they are all close together, I don't know how much privacy you can have with all the houses occupied by bathers. Mr. Fabio equipped the terrace, where you can eat peacefully, with a sunshade that provides a bit of privacy. I thank Mr. Fabio who allowed us to spend a pleasant week in an orderly and clean house. Next time we will avoid searching. We will return to Casa Fabieddu.

The apartment corresponds perfectly to the description and photos on the website. It is essential but has everything you need. It is also equipped with all the necessary things to make a vacation easy (plates, glasses, hairdryer, beach umbrella, even beach towels if you need them). The manager Fabio is the most exquisite person we have met in all of Sardinia, kind, helpful, attentive to every need. The only two things I feel like pointing out are: 1. Since the air conditioning is in the living area (where there is a sofa bed if needed), the bedroom is a bit warm (although the owner also provides a fan). 2. The mattress is a bit dated, perhaps it should be changed. For the rest, everything is perfect, thank you for everything!

We stayed from August 16th to September 1st, 2019, we had a great time in the accommodation. Casa Fabieddu was very clean with all the necessary amenities, the owners were very friendly and helpful throughout.

We stayed in three at this property from July 13th to 26th, 2019. The apartment consists of a living room (with a very comfortable sofa bed), 1 double bedroom, bathroom, and terrace. The apartment was delivered to us very clean and inside there is everything needed for the stay, in fact I must say that there are also additional things such as the coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, iron, beach kit, and many other useful details. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a convenient canopy on the terrace to shade during the hottest hours. The location is great, being a 10-minute walk from the center and only 150 meters from supermarkets. The owners are very friendly and helpful if needed. If I were to return to Villasimius, I would definitely come back here to Fabio and Rossana.

Fabio is a very kind person, he met us at a late arrival time, waited for us and answered all our requests during the stay. The house is small, typical beach house but fully respects the description and is absolutely functional, it has everything you need. It is ideal for a family. We stayed for 15 days at Casa Fabieddu. Very kind and helpful owner. Extremely clean house and well equipped with both linens and accessories, nothing is missing. Close to supermarkets and a 5-minute walk from the main street of Villasimius. I would say an excellent solution for those who want to explore fabulous beaches during the day and take evening walks. I didn't give 11 because it's not included, Fabio the host is super professional and very helpful, the structure is very close to any comfort and to the center, very nice and clean, you will fall in love with it.

I stayed in this apartment with my family (4 adults). Casa Fabieddu is very clean and equipped with everything necessary for the stay (towels, sheets, dishes and even a beach umbrella, beach towels, and cooler bags for the beach). It is located outside the center of Villasimius, in a quiet area, but very convenient for its proximity to supermarkets. It is also a few minutes' drive from the beaches. The only downsides (though manageable) were the lack of a washing machine and the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom, which was located in the living room and therefore did not cool the room very much. Overall, I recommend Casa Fabieddu.

Really comfortable apartment in a "tactical" location. Close to all the necessary services (including drinking fountains and waste collection!), two supermarkets, bars, and close enough to the center to reach it without getting involved in the chaos. We always went by car but also on foot it's a possible walk. The house is functional and well equipped with everything you need, including beach towels that allowed us to keep ours usable for the following week. Parking was never a problem, there are many options around the house (at least in July when we were there) and above all they are FREE! Highly recommended accommodation! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, as well as very useful for valuable information on beaches and restaurants. Stefano and Laura.

Quiet place although a bit secluded, the center is reachable with a walk of about 10 minutes where you can find all the necessary services, while for grocery shopping there is a convenient Sigma market just 400 meters away.
